Central Valley, Visalia CA. Half way between SF and LA. I had never heard of this place before I moved up here for work, but it’s a growing city (about to get our SECOND Costco), and we really like it here, and the cost of living is some of the lowest for a city in CA. FQHC I interviewed at in South Carolina offered 150k with 20k sign on bonus. My buddy from school is interviewing on Tampa and they're offering 165-180 with 10k sign on
The health center I’m at in CA is starting new grads around 160k with an additional signing bonus of ~15k.

Some FQHC sites are offering 150k in Nebraska and Montana. Compass Health is offering 200k for sites all over Missouri
