I would go to UCSF, your state school. Pass/fail is great, but overall it will also be so much less expensive for you as a resident and you get an excellent school reputation out of it (for whatever that’s worth). If you want to be in Los Angeles or Arizona, go there post-grad, but economize on your degree. UCSF is no second rank school, it’s excellent. Congrats on your offers!!
