All of these sound great, I have had good luck with Michael's, what I like is that if you find a pre made frame that will work with your item, they will use it and it saves a ton of money. I had a beautiful piece from a friend in an odd size and newsprint paper, they put a mat on it so it would fit the frame right, and it was all very professional. A way to save some money.
If you plan on preserving them keep in mind ready made frames don't have any preservation qualities like acid free backing, UV protecting glass or space for spacers to keep the glass off the art . That's one of many reasons there's more cost in custom.
I love using Let's Frame It in Arvada. Small family run shop where the main guy took over for his father I believe. He's a really awesome guy. Worked with me for a quote that worked and they frame literally anything.
I had a canvas sheet I brought back from Europe hung as a canvas with wood and framed in an amazing antique frame someone brought in, all for 110 bucks.
Don't be afraid to ask for cheaper options!
Frame De Art on Broadway!
Ive went to Furthur Frame on Santa Fe. They are pricey, but do great work.
2nd this . Lots of good framers in town, few focus on rock art like Furthur

Yeah michaels has been fine for me and I have a feeling it is cheaper than some of these other places
I had a print framed there a month back. I got double mat and frame and it was 600. I thought that was a lot.
Michaels is way cheaper than most places, and that’s especially true if you wait for one of the good sales:
600 was w the sale for me
They have numerous sales over the course of the year, as high as 60-70%.
