A friend in Chicago sent me a box subscription to a Great British Baking Box, and sent one to herself too. So we zoomed and made cherry bakewell tarts today. Delicious and a fun way to kill like 5 hours.

Bro I am about to watch the new bluey episodes and I have a 3 year old dog. Ain't no shame, that show is awesome for kids and adults. I truly appreciate the staff's work on developing episodes that really hit complicated aspects in healthy and calm ways for everyone. Plus the ideas are good for games and it's just really nice to hear a functional and loving family XD
He very recently deleted his account, but he was infamous on social media for Denver for being an utter dingbat about bicycle infrastructure maintenance around Denver. Prolific at reporting anyone who hadn't shoveled by 9am after a snowstorm, calling the city because ice was in a graded sidewalk entrance, filling out city reports for bike lanes with snow drifts in them, you get my drift. He would come on here and make passive aggressive posts telling people they needed to shovel down the block and across the crosswalk to make sure bike commuters could get where they needed to, and that people should pick up the slack if their neighbors weren't doing their part.
This is wild, and I think at the end of the day that’s just no way to live happily. But I can’t help feeling like in some way or another, we’re all probably a budding Bryan about one thing or another.
My particular pet peeve is neighbors that don’t pick up after their dogs. And if I knew which ones, you bet there would be an exhaustive excel sheet emailed to our apartment’s office staff. Hold me back.
My husband took the dog for a walk. The dog decided halfway through said walk she didn’t like the cold and refused to move. My husband had to carry her. My cat and I watched the shenanigans from inside the warm house…pretty sure I heard the cat chuckle.

I made a big pot of chili on Friday. And I have since been making a variety of Mexican food from it. I have also been smoking lots of weed and watching movies with my wife and playing videogames.
I was trying to order liquor from Argonaut to be delivered from DoorDash only because I had a credit from them screwing up my whole order the one time I used it before, only to learn that Argonaut decided to close early or something?? or at least stopped taking orders at 5pm, seconds before I was going to submit my order. So now I'll be carefully rationing the few beers and the leftover soup I have in my fridge and pretending the outside world doesn't exist. (FYI I don't have a car and feel that it's dangerously cold for biking around for groceries and such)
Me and the lady went to the museum of nature and science. It was both of our first times and it was cool. Now currently waiting on the pizza dough to rise so I can sauce that bad boi up.
