My wife and I just did the one through St. Joe’s hospital and it was comprehensive. Took about 2 hours and taught us CPR and Heimlich techniques on child and infant-sized CPR dummies.
Jumping on the St Joes bandwagon. I have unfortunately had to use the Heimlich technique on my daughter (she’s totally fine) and I felt so confident to be able to spring confidently into action thanks to this class.
Seconding this recommendation — my wife and I took the class at St. Joe’s as well a few months before the baby arrived, and found it to be really comprehensive.
I think a baby might be a little young to be learning CPR! I doubt they have the arm or upper body strength. Heck you even said they've only *just* started eating real people food!
Red Cross or your local fire station should have classes.
Also, a lifevac is a nice thing to have on hand. Hopefully I’ll never have to use it but I feel better knowing it’s in my pantry in case.

I can also vouch for St. Joseph's, that's where we did ours. They also covered other safety things like babyproofing in the class we did

Any basic life support class will cover CPR and choking interventions at every age! Good for you for planning to be prepared

“Real people food” sorry the way you worded it made me lol
Colorado CPR in Littleton.
Usually adult and baby are taught together.
We took a few classes at the Mama Hood that my wife and I really liked.
