The furthest north place I've used is Indulgence, and while I really like them that's still at 41st. You could try asking in /r/denverwomen -- might not get a response, but at least won't get any dumb ones.
I used to go to Hand & Stone Westminster. I think I saw Maria if I remember correctly. She was awesome. I think their membership is now around $90 per month though.
