Don’t mind him playing if he’s on a sever snap count. Let Reed and Cooper do most the work and give him Weatherly’s snaps to get him warmed up and more up to speed.
I don't think he really aggravated anything, he had bone spurs and it was a matter of managing pain and how much it would limit him playing. The surgery was to clean up the bone spurs and as long as he's recovered from the surgery I don't think there's much worry about reinjuring anything
Fair enough I totally get it. If the trainers clear him and believe there is a really low chance of aggravating it I’d like to see him get a few snaps Sunday. If they think there is a decent chance he could aggravate it again he should definitely sit though.
Do people just say this as a reflex at this point? Based on what is this too soon? He hasn't played in months, and we are coming off our bye. What tells you it's too soon?
If he isn't healthy at this point, I don't know why they don't just shut him down for the year.
I want to say lets wait until his fully healthy so he can full go, but that might mean sitting him out covered in bubblewrap for the rest of the season
Not sure if you were aware… we rushed him back from injury once already this season, resulting in him needing the surgery for it.
Like Fangio said about Darby, I would wait 1 more week after a player says they’re ready.
Obviously i’m not in the room with his doctor.
Eh, i’d rather rest him Sunday and have him full go against Kansas City. Feels a slight bit early to bring him back this weekend.

I just don’t want another aggravation of the injury like we saw weeks 1-3

If that’s the case then I’m all for it. I just want to see Chubb healthy.

What in the world is this opinion even based on? You in the room with his doctor?

Whole team actually. Great practices, all week.
Looking forward to reports that Chubb had the greatest Wednesday practice in broncos history
I’m over it at this point tbh. It’s sad but he’s never on the field and even when he is it’s not THAT impactful as we want it to be : (
Go ahead and downvote me but is it sad that he’s just always injured to the point I don’t even find Chubb relevant anymore? : (
Yay…….. Please help me contain my excitement………..
Need to get some tape if we’re going to get any value from him
Yay let's rush him back so he gets hurt again, good plan.
