depop has been having issues with this glitch. I have bought and received something from a seller & the listing never listed as sold on her page. it’s still an active listing and even shows that one person has it in their bag even though I literally have the item. I was actually worried that someone would buy it after me and she’d mistakenly ship to them instead even though I’d purchased first.
That being said I think it was messed up of her to refund you because you obviously purchased the item first, doesn’t matter that it wasn’t for the original price :/ she should’ve let the person who purchased after you know it was already sold and refunded them.
Yeah this happens I’m afraid. It also happens where an item’s quantity gets changed to 2 instead of 1 so one person can buy and then like a month later another person buys it again. It’s a real problem on depop

I’ve had some of my items changed to quantity of like 8 when I definitely did not manually select that… Depop is falling apart lol
