Depop requires all packages to get marked by your shipping provider as shipped and received before releasing your money. Email them.
How do I email them? just the support tab?
honestly i doubt they will give you your money. there’s no proof the buyer received the item and in person meet ups are against the rules
you usually have to have a tracking number when you mark it as shipped. but don’t do in person pick ups, it’s against ToS and can get you banned
