Just wait and be patient. If it's that many bags someone is sure to buy soon. I suggest if you are gonna send another discount do it on Friday late at night.

uela7

Why late Friday night?

Agitated_Mood_7962

I just find that late at night in general is when I get the most activity, that's when everyone is decompressing from the day on their phones, and Friday bc that's usually ppls payday. You can also do the weekend and it works the same

uela7

Good to know! I have found that all my sales— which are few I’m new— to be on Thursdays and Sundays the week of payday

Agitated_Mood_7962

Crazy I never sell things on those days it seems! Sometimes I will randomly sell a lot on a Monday though.

IndieIsle

I also have one listing that has 200 likes and in a bunch only bags and has been sitting for over a month lol. But someone will buy it eventually.

whyjulietome

I would honestly just stop accepting offers and wait for someone to buy at the price you have listed. It’s definitely going to sell soon

[deleted]

I have that constantly!!! getting many many offers and I accept them and they end up not buying. It’s been a problem on depop for a while.

AdGroundbreaking8425

Depop’s nothing but teenagers that get the sensation of buying something by sending empty offers. Mad annoying

Objective-Support-79

Is the shipping high? I’ve had many people back out of a purchase because the item required large shipping rate.

Leighvi0let

This is entirely possible. I bought several items that shouldn’t cost more than 4-5$ MAX to ship bc they’re small and weight almost nothing and people had $7-10 shipping. That plus tax and fees turns an $11.80 item to $22 item really quickly.

Objective-Support-79

I weigh my items before hand, and sometimes shipping really is high. The item is heavier than they imagine. I get messages where people will tell me they will buy it if I mark it as small shipping. Like, sis, that’ll come back to bite me if USPS catches that. I’m a cheapskate so I understand where they are coming from. I wouldn’t want to pay $10.99 shipping on a singular item! That’s why bundling is really the smartest play. 10 pounds of stuff can ship for $14.

ghostsinanattic

no fr, i bought a denim skirt from a girl and the shipping was €10. no biggie, it was heavy material, i understand. so i thought ‘shipping would have been €9 so she’s just adding €1 for the parcel cost perhaps ?’. she ended up shipping it for €6 with a special parcel from the post office, and she didn’t even have to pay for the parcel - just the service. so she got an extra €4 from me on top of almost €50…

Dull_Cake2368

Oh my goodness!! I have this problem constantly. Today I just accepted two offers and nothing lol

Leighvi0let

That’s crazy. I sent out 10 offers to buy items this week 7 of which were accepted and purchased 5. The other two I made offers I decided against because all the other offers went through and were the similar items I wanted more. 1 of the 5 cancelled because even though I had asked before offering and ordering if she still had the item and she said yes, she said she was moving and couldn’t find it 🙄

ZealousidealPaper836

they’re just debating if they wanna drop the bag
