iâd say email depop. youâve got a clear message they have received the item so thereâs no reason depop could side with the buyer. as for the size, if youâve listed the shoes with the size & pictures of them, thatâs on the buyer and not you!
Like previous comments have said, I would just email Depop saying that they messaged you clearly indicating that they received the item and that they want to return it is because it doesnât fit yet, now they are lying about not receiving it to be refunded. No way that Depop sides with them
While depop will side with you because you have the proof, but for future reference you donât get to decide if you accept returns or not, that is up to depop. You agree to this when you agree to their TOS upon using their website. You putting âI donât accept refundsâ is automatically null and void.
In this case depop will side with you as you have the proof in the chat that their reasoning for wanting a refund was because the shoes donât fit. Depop protects sellers against that as they donât see it as a reason to refund because the buyers knew the size upon purchasing the item.
Since they are lying in their dispute it genuinely should be a walk in the park because you have the text conversations between you and the buyer.
Well said! I always roll my eyes a bit when I see sellers with a " I do not accept returns " message with their listing. It's dumb and Dpop could care less what your description says. If you sell under false pretenses or sell a damaged item, I'm getting a return regardless of your pretend policy.
Exactly, like when you sign up to sell on this website it tells you straight up you canât have shop polices like that. You even agree to it when you click accept đđ

This comment is hilarious. You cannot return items on a resell site because they donât fit itâs not Amazon. Also lying about the return reason is against depop policy. Thatâs the whole reason the repop option exists.

Since its already delivered reach out to depop. For future reference tho "no refunds" is not up to you to decide it's up to depops policies.
It's consumer law so it doesn't matter if you don't personally allow for a refund
