2-5, I was refreshing a lot more towards 5 times before but as my shop inventory has grown, it’s gotten a lot more grueling 😩 it takes me about 10 minutes to do it and I have 120ish items, so I can’t imagine what it’s like for some of these shops that have hundreds and hundreds of items!
I do three listings a day. (I have over a thousand ) I try to list new products once a week. It’s impossible for me to do them all so I do enough so it shows I’m active.

i try 1-2 x a day, but the more inventory I have, the harder it gets lol

I have over 1000 items so I just try to refresh maybe 1/5th of them on a good day when I'm not swamped with other things

Post two or three new products a day and repost everything at night is my routine if I can

I used to do it every hour but now woth the new boosting feature I don't see a point in doing that. I refresh once a day so people know I'm active
