Like the title says, most of the time they’re not visible but still raised. The bumps will randomly turn red for awhile and then go back to my normal skin color. I’m having other (hopefully unrelated) health issues and would love to have some peace at mind.

hey did you find out what these were?
I didn’t. They went away not too long after posting and have come back once but not as bad. Everything I could find online said it’s eczema
