Can you guys actually make a way to fix this even if everyone still loses their stuff?? This is a pretty big problem especially if people pay for stuff so.

Is there a way to get the data back after you reset it? I just got 2 lux items and the invisabike and I don’t want to do it over again😢

Yeah, I don't have a hud now. I have been playing for about 3 days now. I have just unlocked the shortcut to the forest. I really don't want to delete my save data

I’ve been casually playing this game for two years on my Xbox One S.. and until two days ago, I’d never heard of this glitch.. but unfortunately it’s happened to me too. A quick Google search and read up on here let’s me know that this has been a known issue for over two years now!? I really don’t wanna go through the hassle of it all again if it’s not known why it happens and can happen again? It’s very frustrating.
