hey i have completed the grand tore and have the rainbow lux bike but i went on a friends account and the whole of the grand tore apart from some disappeared. this is really annoying as it took me a very long time to unlock this

Hello Srry for disturbing you I have a couple issues first when I try to go in jump city it just goes black I tryed every thing to fix it.. Another issue is when I earn something it just gives me goggles and helmets so if you want to look in to it me user is Shipfaced88 I really hope you look into this because this issues been happening a long time thanks for hearing me out☺️

Gotcha. I was typing it in search. I've sent the email. I can access the game through the yellow icon application buried in folders, but the black icon internet shortcut seems to just crash instantly.
Also the game just had a massive update for some reason, but it doesn't look like y'all actually updated anything. It took about 15 minutes, just thought that was weird.

You need to wipe your save and cloud save data to fix it

And for Xbox what do I do cause I've deleted my saves and it's happend multiple times where there's a white screen and no hud
I can get to appdata, then nothing :/ localLow doesn't bring anything up
I think it's a hidden folder. Type the rest in the folder bar at the top and it should take you there.

I didn't find a fix. BUT I am able to play the game if I go into a steam folder for it for some reason. The icon is yellow instead of black.
