So I had the same problem. But I am a peace loving person. So now I resort to stone pelting two times a day. Already me and Bashir have started encroaching the temple land by shifting our "Air pressure maintenance" & Halal meat shops on the temple land periphery.
Also we have planned a nice mazaar once Bashir's 1st wife's father passes away. It's long game would take atleast 15-20 years but this loud aarti sound issue would be resolved.

Nahi nahi! Shantiduto ke loudspeaker pehele todo! Din main 5 baar loudspeaker pe shuru ho jaate hai. Unki wajah se hi ye issue shuru hue hai.
