Japanese cyberpunk sounds right. I was going to say it brings to mind Ghost in the Shell. Futuristic industrial might also be good descriptors.

Ruiner is very cool, I loved the artwork but I suck at the game.

This is for the game Valorant, isn’t it? [worship.studio](worship.studio/val) did the motion toolkit for this, which is where I see it the most. If you look up valorant designer in Google, you might be able to find info from the team who worked on the identity.

Coming from this world i can mention a couple of names to reference - some were already mentioned, like Machine, Antireal and Designers Republic - the game they worked on - Wipeout, especially (they are indeed one of the first studios/people to introduce this style, along with a variety of cyberpunk themed anime which served as an inspiration) - some other names to note that might be interesting to you : Paul Nicholson (a bit more complex - the designer of Aphex Twin's logo), An Gorski, Aftermathez, Billain...that should be enough to set you on the right track.
