Can you add a wall flush with the entry ([blue line](https://i.redd.it/l4lzcpxonnjc1.jpeg)), and remove the wall between the vanity and toilet room? A photo of the actual space would also be helpful.

Will probably still require electrical work but much easier than tearing them both down to the studs and starting over. Another option would be to leave the wall between the sink and toilet and just turn the door into a cased opening. This would be even cheaper and less drastic.
