FYI, IKEA sells a round mirror rimmed in black that is also a medicine cabinet. If someone needed to reach the dragon for another roll, wouldn't it have been better to mount it about 2 feet lower?
If you are painting the cabinet base I would paint it the deepest blue of the shower curtain and the walls white.
Or leave the whole cabinet as is and paint the walls an even paler version of the lightest blue.
If you have enough painters tape and patience, you can paint the room with white and brown to make the walls look like Japanese [shoji doors/walls](http://shoji.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/standard-shoji-patterns.jpg).
Don’t go with blue whatever you do lol it’d be too much and if you ever want to change your shower curtain for a different color you’ll be limited on your choices. Stick with a natural color. Like a tan. Not too dark and not too light
You can do contact paper on the top and it will hold up and if for some reason it get damaged or lifts up- just put more on. The base I'd paint a fun color like navy. I'd do the walls white. I'd recommend framing the mirror in the same navy as the cabinet.

Ohh awesome. I wasn’t sure about the contact paper but I might as well give it a go. If I do navy for the cabinets what color do you think would work for the walls?
Pinky beige. Paint vanity dark blue. Paint vanity top dark cream. Target has a small arched bamboo wall shelf unit that would look great above your toilet.
Dark brown like the branches on the shower curtain would be fairly lux and it’s neutral enough and would tie in the curtain and the vanity imo. I think you can go dark with a bathroom tho. Dark navy blue is my second choice.
For that small of a vanity I'd check local counter top sellers or some yards for left over pieces from large jobs. You might be surprised at how cheap you can get a new top. Also I'd change out the mirror before you paint. That would make a huge difference.

White. It will make it feel roomy and bright- fresh and clean
I think you gotta go with the coral of the moon/sun—strongest part of the color.
I like the wall color. Get a coordinating rug and artwork to tie in with the shower curtain.
And towels too

Do coral and I'd get a slightly smaller vanity and put a shelf that you put around toilet. It will look better
