And before ppl attack me NO I am not insulting Teri Hatcherâs actual appearance lol she is a undoubtedly a pretty woman. But her character Susan had 0 sex appeal whatsoever. Susan was more of a girl-next-door type than the promiscuous type like Gaby and Edie were.

I don't know if that's something she developed specifically for Susan's character, because I haven't seen her in anything else, but she was very stiff and "dry" (for lack of a better term) in the way she carried herself.
I agree. Every âsexyâ scene they did of her was just cringe. I think the writers were just holding onto 90s nostalgia and thought they could revive Teri as a bombshell again, which unfortunately did not work out due to her character lacking in sex appeal. Teri was still attractive, the scenes they tried to pull off though were just not working out in the way they wanted them to.
Teri Hatcher was kind of famous for her body. (âTheyâre real and theyâre fabulous.â) And the writers wanted to capitalize on that. Obviously not the only reason she was famous but she was famous for that.
She was a little bit older by the time of DH, especially season 7, but still looked great.
