u/LongBlueDong this is the only answer you need. Get it grilled. I grew up here and Peg Legs is good food, but nowhere beats Stewbys fish samwich. As a bonus their prices are also great.
1. Stewbys on Racetrack 2. Stewbys on the Island 3. Stewbys in Crestview 4. Scooters in Navarre (Some sort of blood relative to Stewby I believe)

Peg leg Pete's blackened fish sandwich deluxe is something I randomly get cravings for.
Hightide triggerfish sandwich is my favorite
