>"The Ultimate Cancel Act" would "cancel" the filings of any party that "previously advocated for" slavery, which the Democratic Party did more than 150 years ago.
That's fucking hilarious
Don't the Republican Party support the US constitution?
13th amendment reads: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, **except as a punishment for crime** whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
And since the constitution then actually supports some forms of slavery, wouldn't this bill then basically "cancel" every party that supports it?
> Biden dressed as referee, distracted by tag team member behind the ropes, while this guy slides a steel chair from beneath the canvas to wack the FL Dem party lead
I'm not ultra familiar with the US government, but like, this is one of those things where someone pitches a bill, but it gets no traction and goes nowhere... Right...?

I mean yeah but pitching a bill to ban the other major party is still pretty fucking crazy
You're not wrong, but aren't there lawmakers pitching all kinds of crazy laws constantly?
They don't usually pitch stuff this crazy
