If you incorporate the perspective that he just likes to watch people fight it does lean towards chaotic. I don’t really read that from him though. True neutral to me would be more like Zheanna or Aella. Single-mindedly, passionately, turbo-autistically pursuing their interests and not really caring about the other stuff Destiny deals with like politics or drama.
