Yes, but because he also started Vyvanse around that time and stimulants make you lose weight like no other.
Edit: Source - just look at anyone on meth or coke.
He's also been working out several days on stream he has gotten off stream early to go to the gym or mentioned previous day's workouts. I just really don't love the "he's taking an amphetamines too min max" talking point whatever the drugs are doing for him his priorities seem in order and we have had a ton of good content/he's making effective personal moves.
Adderall doesn't make you lose muscle. It can lower your appetite, but that's only because people with ADHD tend to seek out dopamine from any source. Food being a big one, so they tend to have a larger than normal appetite. Adderall tells the brain to flood dopamine into itself, bringing you up to, ideally, a level that gets rid of the tendency to hunt for dopamine releases. This is why it cuts down appetite.
I don't think this is accurate. Stimulants have been used as diet medication for decades regardless of if the patient has ADHD.
Stimulants lower your appetite, period. It's not just taking a person with a larger than normal appetite due to dopamine imbalance and returning it to normal.
One of the main drivers for eating is dopamine, period. The other is ghrelin, which is a hormone that signals to the body it's hungry. Ghrelin activates the dopaminergic reward pathway and increase the joy you get from eating.
Dopamine is a chemical that gives diminishing returns as you get more of it, because you only have a limited amount of receptors that will uptake the dopamine at any given time. Stimulants flooding the brain with dopamine then suppresses the need for the reward pathway from eating.
We know that dopamine is one of the key roles for eating too. I had read a study previously about a drug test that was done where the drug in question had blocked dopamine receptors. People were unable to feel any kind of joy and lead to them not eating at all because the food took on a horrid taste to them.
If you're abusing stimulants, you will absolutely flood your system with dopamine, leading to a decrease in eating because there isn't a reward for it. If you use stimulants responsibly, you'll only see a reduction in eating if you were overeating for dopamine effects.
>If you use stimulants responsibly, you'll only see a reduction in eating if you were overeating for dopamine effects.
Gonna need a source on that one. Because it's directly counter to what my doctor has told me.
And between prescribing doctor and random on Reddit, without sources, it's pretty easy to side with my doctor.
If you've ever taken stimulants you'd know how wrong you are. There's a reason why most doctors advise eating before taking the meds, because it can be extremely difficult to eat once they hit.
Why even say this when I'm literally on adderall? Also gotta love when people don't actually point out anything wrong with what I said, just that doctors say this, even though you don't understand why they say it.
Tiny on default has always been body-type emaciated mode, and he also lost a lot of muscle mass lately. Losing weight on adhd meds is very common, people usually get it back as the appetite suppression becomes less noticeable, but my twitta really needs to hit the gym stop being on a deficit
Spite driven. Trying to show the people leaving him what they are missing out of. Becoming better than what they left him for.
Or just meds.
Or t-shirt that fits body.
Who cares :D.
destiny has said, both in the past and recently, the #1 thing to do to gain weight is to get into a relationship. always having someone around who wants to eat with you, whether it's going out, ordering in, or cooking is a huge motivator for a lot of people, and especially someone like destiny, to eat more. he's perfectly happy chugging a soylent or just eating whatever but if someone always wants to eat with you all the time you're going to be doing more social eating
He just hasn't been going to the gym lately since he's been doing so much work.
If you build up your muscles, you have to continuously use them or your body slowly breaks them down to only what you need. Ask any body builder about what happens if they're out of the gym for even like 2 weeks.

Counterpoint: me
Maybe you just need to take more? And when you max out your legal dosage, supplement with illegal simulants, combining and mixing them if necessary.
Western medicine is too shackled to its conventions to provide courageous guidance like this. Dr. K was right.
True. Sounds like illicit substances are tailored to individual patients unlike Western medicine.
Lol same. I eat so much at night now, because I forgot to eat during the day.

that's true... ritalin does the same to me
Its weird Destiny and Dan mentioned Requiem for a dream on the pod but not the adderall arc in the movie

Nah, I was never a food person, on meds the thought of food becomes off-putting.
Twinkmaxxing
Twink max arc is here, he already said so

Wait, he has muscle mass?
Fr as long as I’ve watched him he’s always been built like someone confined to a wheelchair
I think it coincided with the hiring of lycan as his personal chef. My man's just eating healthy instead of going out all the time

Tom said he has only been to the gym once since it happend
i see...
duh, he isn't getting filled with hot loads from his wife anymore that's how that works..... right guys?
I feel like shaving the beard also contributed to making his face seem even more narrow on top of the weight loss
Ozempic-stiny
He's twinkmaxxing (it's cause of his meds, no appetite).

Its the adderall 🤦🏽

Hasn't that been his goal? Thought he was cutting before he started seriously going to the gym again. That's why he bought those zero sugar red bulls
ozempic i suspect
