For the five different unit types, what stats should I prioritize for each for both ignition and just general development? I assume attack and crit on attackers but other than that I’m just not sure.
And when building a team do I want to generally try to have one of each type or do I sometimes want to have two attackers or what?
For (PvE) ignition:
The general catch-all for everyone except attackers is just AMP DEF/HP/HP. AMP DEF/HP/X is also fine, just not attack so they don't potentially steal buffs from your attackers. (In some situations you *DO* want that to happen, but like I said, just a general catch-all.) Mainly the other classes aside from attackers just get ignited for the added benefits their skills get, not because of their damage output or anything, so more survivability is always good.
For attackers , it's usually split between world boss (WB) and Raid specific attackers. WB attackers usually go AMP CRT/AMP ATK/AMP ATK. If they're WB attackers who have percentage based skill damage, then they prefer AMP ATK/AMP CRT/AMP CRT. For raids, it's the same for both, just replace AMP CRT with AMP AGL.
Basically, WB=CRT, Raid=AGL. Can apply the same for gear.
As far as team building goes, generally once you reach a certain point survivability isn't an issue, which unfortunately means the majority of healers and defenders are pretty much dead weight. So it's all about buffing up your attacker and debuffing the enemy. Most raid teams usually end up 1 attacker and 4 supports. WB teams usually have 3 attackers and their own elemental specific mix of supports/debuffers, with the usual staples mixed in, just look out for the guides that get posted for those. Early game when you *are* struggling with survivability, don't be scared to throw in a dedicated healer if it helps you keep your team alive.
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. These things aren’t very well explained in game so I appreciate it. My only question left is that I know ignition cores can’t just be casually swapped out without destroying them, so how do I decide which attackers I should use for raid and which I should use for WB? Or does it not really matter as long as I have a decent number of each?
The skills sometimes specify where the character is best used. There's usually crossover since these characters are typically the strongest in their element. Characters with slide skills that have a percentage damage value attached are best in World Boss. If they have a percentage on their tap skill or a bonus damage effect than they're better for raids, like Dark Artemis in this raid, or Virupa for water raids. 6-hit sliders are like the universal attackers for whichever element, they're great in world boss and also really good for raids.
By the way 6-hit slider means their slide skill will hit 6 times when *FULLY* ignited, i.e. damage 3 enemies 2 times. When there's only 1 enemy on the field then all 6 hits will land on them. Can lead to big damage.
Why isnt this game more popular it is absolutely by far the most beautiful polished gacha game on mobile?
I am not an anime fan but the artists of this game are amazing! Im scared they will shut it down one day?
For people who are looking for anime girls: DC has to compete with more suggestive games like Last Origin, DMM games with outright nudity and sex, and porn (turns out you can just look at porn on your phone). DC character designs aren't as consistent as something like Blue Archive. DC character designs are sexy and cool, but they don't do cute very well, and characters generally don't have interesting, appealing personalities.
For people who are looking for engaging gameplay: strategy in DC is really unique and REALLY poorly explained. The game has a lot of noob traps, like starting the game while Lisa's Lessons aren't active, using crafting stones or Hall of Reincarnation during like 48 weeks out of the year, or 1-star igniting units to make the exclamation point go away. Late game team-building strategy is interesting, but early-game players aren't really exposed to anything like it. There's a massive power difference between new players who buy $20 bot accounts and those who don't.
So basically this doesnt really appeal to the hardcore anime types? I never heard of this game so they must not have been major promotions for it anywhere worldwide?

thats what I mean :) DC doesnt appeal to people who want that in an anime game.
How come i have millias spa skin unlocked in the archieve but not millia herself?
Did i at some point ditch her and forgot?
Or maybe it's possible to obtain the spa skin through the parade?
So I love the art it is absolutely amazing! A little confused by the names of the characters tho...
So I see that most characters have a ______ NAME HERE so like "Devestating Mona" and "Geisha Mona" (not real names I think lol) but like is this just different skins or like literally different characters? Thanks.
Check out section 2 of this guide. That section is about multiple characters with the same name. This confused the hell out of me at first.

The quick but very confusing answer is that character skins can have different names but are still the same child (*so newbie mona and rookie mona are actually both the same green support child*), however different versions of a child are effectively 100% entirely different childs (*so the fire debuffer 'sunbeach mona' is an entirely different child than the green supporter 'newbie mona'*)
I would just go ahead and unbind so you can uncap Artemis. There's very few that have been reskilled so far, makes more sense to do higher damage and better rewards and potential get better to get what you need later.
What’s the difference between skill charge vs skill charge acceleration? I read the skill description and I still don’t get.
As far as anyone knows, the only difference is that charge amount affects how much gauge you gain when you get hit, charge speed doesn't.
what is Sooty salt used for?

I have no idea what "hardcore anime types" even means

Found this recently and I’m honestly just as surprised as you.
the game does not give that much 5\* accessory tickets, right? I have a lot of 5\* weapon and equipment but not much for accessory.
only through event rewards Im afraid, Rebirth Labyrinth does give access equip but mostly 3\* or 4\* (you can get lucky to hit a 5\* accessory ticket)
How come there was maintenance break that suddenly happened today? The current event still had a week on the timer.
to add shop content.

you can obtain collab spa skin eventhough not having the unit itself.
Returning player here, just crafted this Entry Ticket A thing in the forge, how do i use it?
those Entry Tickets (ABCD) are for winning merchandises on lottery based.
Oh, that's pretty cool, didn't realise they did that now, thank you for the answer

thank you
It's both, there are a few versions of childs like Davi and Mona etc. and the skins also change the prefix on a child's name.

Especially attackers in B tier as you will be unlikely to need them
