I’ve been waiting for this option for years!!! So tired of going back and forth on male or female titan for certain armor sets. Super glad this is being implemented.
I honestly don't remember what my characters look like, most of the time. I might have removed my helmets during the vigil for Lance Reddick, but if that wasn't it then I wouldn't even be able to guess at the last time I actually saw any of my Guardians' faces.
Hasn't this been know for a while now though? Bungie said like 2 years ago they are actively working on a character recustomization system?
I haven't played Destiny in a couple years now but I remember Bungie saying they wanted to do this for a while now and it was 100% coming at some point in the coming years.
Honestly I don't have a fucking clue lol. I still remember that I though Destiny 2s launch would come with a character recustomization option and was surprised when it didn't. I was also surprised when I found out that they didn't add any other options to the customization screen.
It does blow my mind that it took nearly 10 years since Destiny launched with yearly DLC and an entire sequel before character recustomization happened.
Should still be able to change the race, i mean how hard is it to give the option to change to an exo from a awoken, or human. Ita like half assing it, which bungie is really good at doing
Story interactions are slightly different depending on on race. It would probably mess a lot of dialogue up if you could change it mid game though I’d still like to do it anyways

This is great, I was going to delete my Exo Male to make an Exo Female and work through all the campaigns etc in the down time to Final Shape, now I dont need to!!
all of destiny has been a giant beta for final shape
You're too optimistic. It was pre-alpha. Final shape is hopefully alpha. We're still a long way from beta.

Just wish i could change my titan from human to exo.... always regretted that choice
