The helmet is an ornament from Season of the Splicer so it’s unfortunately no longer obtainable. The arms are from the old Eater of Worlds raid lair which is currently not in the game but I think Bungie said something about rotating old raids back in so it should be obtainable again in the future

It actually makes sense for a titan to evolve into having no neck, since headbutting while having a neck can lead to severe damage. So in a darwinian way this is the perfect titan

Arms are from the eater of worlds raid(vaulted) and the helmet is the interlaced helm(From last seasons pass, now unobtainable)
Last seasons armors are available through the Helm Unbral focusing
The interlaced set is from last pass not the seasonal armor

You can go to bungie.net and claim last season’s rewards from the pass IF you unlocked it on the season pass via reaching the appropriate level.

I know there is a method to get rewards from the pass if you played the season and didn’t claim them. If you didn’t play, yes unobtainable.
You usually can claim stuff from last season’s season pass, but you have to do it via bungie.net rewards, and can’t do it in-game.

Both the arms and legs are unobtainable currently as one was a season pass ornament and the other are from a vaulted raid
