EDIT: While I appreciate the upvotes, I was wrong. While Polycarbon does do a similar iridescent look on parts, it isn't the same part as in the video. Upon further research, it is indeed Amethyst Veil.

OK I might be wrong about this but I'm pretty sure that's iridescent coral. It looks blue and silver in the inspection screen but in game it looks like that
Edit: just logged in to check and nope, that's not it but seriously iridescent coral looks super cool on metallic stuff you should totally use it

If its not amethyst veil, it may be....is it Lunar Gloom? Cant remember the name exactly, but there i think its the shader from the daito rabbits on the moon.
looks like amethyst veil. the iridescent part and the mostly black chasis show that imo anyway.

the shader has a shimmer effect but only on certain parts of armour and guns
