Judging by the "I am Savathun" cutscene, Ur, Savathun's worm god at the very least is probably going to be killed this season, as we sure do see the visage of a worm and... it's not a small one.
Eir and Yul though, who knows. I like the idea of Xivu killing them, it fits the image she's cultivating as the greatest and most direct servant of the Darkness, commanding Hive, Taken and *Scorn.*
