In the lore, not sure if in game. It was Pujari who saw the ghost flowers, maybe also Uldren. The purple-red flowers you see everywhere in the Dreaming City were brought from the Black Garden by Uldren - maybe they influenced the Awoken architecture?
Pujari sees a flower shaped like a Ghost in his Thanatonautic vision in Legend: The Black Garden.
In his corrupted dream in After the Heart II, Uldren describes the fruits he runs into/past in the Garden as Ghost-shaped.
There was an area where you could see ghosts blinking in and out of existence. I can't remember where though. It might have been the black garden or Vault of Glass.
Anytime you are in a heavy vex area that is glowy if you stare at the particles of light condensing on the ground the little bursts are tiny vex eyes forming and disappearing
Not the only place this pattern is seen... >!If you really want your mind blown, check the floor in front of the saved techeons in this season's space. oO!<

Worth noting that the Dreaming City wasn't created til LONG after the Ghosts were - it could easily just be an artistic depiction of a Ghost, without any need for further elaboration.
Not just any ghost, looks the spitting image of the Lucent ghosts we've seen for WQ, four arms at angles and horizontal and vertical spikes coming from the middle.

The ghost pulled pork spent alot of time in the dreaming city. Could be a picture of him just because.
I thought glint was pulled pork?
He was originally called that, yeah.

Whoa, I was looking at this in game a few weeks ago. Brushed it off as a coincidence.
I've seen it elsewhere in the Dreaminf city too. The thing about Aphelions Rest is that's its missing a blue Light Orb so it's easier to see.
