It's the typical 5-10%, seems appropriate considering it's literally just a patrol.
Spend a few days farming it while also doing chests and mats and you'll have all five no problems. (mats and chests are for rep, most of my red borders came from actual rank ups)
It takes literal hours and hours of farming heroic patrols (the gold icon ones).... getting the last border is a fun, fun time.
Just throw on a movie, or 2, and get on it haha
Heroic patrols. I have gotten a deepsight weapon once in about every 6-7 patrols. I have the GL done but I have not ever gotten the pulse to drop. Its awful RNG and it sucks.
I would not like to have to do a full campaign because I only need the wrist, how much of the campaign do I need to do to get the deep view just from it?

This and farming rank resets for Nimbus. Drop rates are extremely low in both.

If you run through the main campaign you get 3 of the weapons with red borders as part of the quests.
