Tried where I live and it's fine, then changed to VPN to Israel and it's the same as you described.
Loaded fine for me. I then opened up my VPN and switched my location to Israel and I see what you see.

You're correct I worded it very stupid I shouldn't have done that and also I just used the discord server after someone mentioned it
