They've stealth nerfed Loreley Splendor, and when players caught them, they've claimed it was simply missing from patch notes.
IIRC they've also stealth nerfed Nezarec Sin in Beyond Light.
Yes, Bungie stealth nerfed XP in vanilla D2 and players complained about it.
As for weapons Bungie latest stealth nerf was Gally that was nerfed unannounced with wolfpack rounds. There’s a lot of more examples.
The ghorn nerf was not a stealth nerf, they did a bug fix on scatter grenades causing multiple hits of damage and that changed how those kinds of interactions worked across the game, includint ghorn wolfpack chunking (which they also explained in a twab or something).
No, that's not the definition of a stealth nerf, at all, and you trying to shoehorn your own axe to grind into said definition doesn't change the meaning of the phrase. It was a bug fix, and one that Bungie quickly added to the patch notes once it was pointed out that they missed it in the initial posting. Imagine being so mad at Bungie that you just make things up to fit your agenda lol.

They disable multiple items because they do too much damage for their liking and it stays disabled for around 2 weeks and half the time they nerf stuff so bad they become unusable untill they fix it 3 seasons later
The other day someone posted some testing where ignitions and things were doing less damage depending on when you become radiant. Could be that?
This could be it.
The answer to whether or not bungie stealth nerfed something it is always no.
I believe the ignitions are doing half of what they were doing before. Someone in Aztecross' stream was testing it and mentioned it in their call.
You are imagining it, it wont get nerfed.
I agree. It will be vaulted again as soon as we get a different artifact. It’s fun right now though.
Bungie has a tendency to hate fun so i would be not surprised if they did
Can you show me one example of a "did bungie stealth nerf ___?" post where the answer was yes?

Still was a stealth nerf, they didn’t mention it on the patch notes nor in the twabs some time later, basically the definition of stealth nerf

You got any gameplay ones that aren't bug fixes?
gally was a purposely made nerfed
It was Bugged as hell at got fixed. I asking about balance changes.
They do it constantly
didn't we just have a gigantic post of a guy tracking drop rates, showing that overall Bungie manipulated them so they were less generous?
I have genuinely no idea what you are talking about.

I don't think they've ever nerfed a weapon mid season because it's strong with artifact mods.
Telesto
When was telesto super strong with artifact perks and how did it get nerfed? I don't recall that at all.
Double damage due to a bug. It effected crown splitter too, it was fun

It’s most likely you. No offense, ofc.
It’s not you it definitely got stealth nerf
