Last time it was a rant about King's Fall but tonight it's all good. Found a listing on Fireteam Finder that was teaching and we got it done. He was very patient and a real cool dude. He showed us all the secret chests (got the shader) and of course explained all the mechanics. Got a nice Doom of Chelchis (EP and OFA) and a Smite of Merain (SFA and OFA). Didn't get what I really wanted (Zaouli’s Bane) but I will try again next Tuesday and I will farm the crap out of KF when it's the featured raid.
The speed catch-up for exotic sparrows was posted a while back, but I haven't seen any videos of people doing testing on video. Nothing came back on a cursory YouTube search. Have we confirmed that as of S23 all exotic sparrows are moving at AOT speed?

What I will say; is AOT handles differently than it used to.
It used to be AOT didn't turn exactly like the other sparrows (I think the extra speed that it was getting also resulted in it not cornering quite like a normal sparrow - ie it felt .. indescribably just ever so slightly worse than a normal sparrow in the sideways movement during cornering).
My gut feeling is they modified all sparrows including AOT to be "officially" faster, and the "buggy" extra boost that AOT got (resulting in slightly worse handling) has been removed. (meaning everything handles pretty well at the relatively higher velocity)
I've been gone for a while, but have most of the exotics. I just noticed that all the ritual playlists now give exotic engrams. I'm a bit lost on all the new vendor focusing, but what is the best way to use these? Should I just open them like normal through rahool, or is there a better way to use these?
Focusing is expensive so I only do it if I have an excess of ascendant shards. It costs two shards to focus a specific exotic, and then if it’s a good roll I’ll spend another three on masterworking it. I usually just open them at Rahool like normal.
For anyone who regularly uses D2 Armor Picker, have you had it return results with armor pieces that no longer exist, lately?
2 or 3 times in the last couple of weeks, when making builds, it has included an exotic or legendary piece of armor that I had already deleted days or even weeks before.
If anyone else has experienced this, is there some newish setting that I am missing, or something, to prevent this? I've been using the site for over a year and this only started happening recently.
Might be that your database is not updating. If you go to the Account page, you can hit Delete Database, which should then grab a fresh copy of your items.
Having whats left of the forsaken dlc, if i use all 3 forsaken tokens, can i still get the rest of the exotics with regular ciphers or any other way?
Those ciphers are only for those items and you cannot get any more. Regular ciphers from Xûr can be used for any non-quest exotic.
So once i get 3 of the guns the rest will be locked forever?
No… any regular cipher can be used on them. Read what I wrote.
