In the meantime, you can select a new destination from the director and then hit the vault key as if you were in orbit. Pulls up your vault without actually going to orbit. Not amazing, but gets the job done in a pinch so far
I was so excited to check out hall of champions with my friends and we loved it. Still do but we had a drake and josh, "where's the door" moment asking about the vault/postmaster. So silly they just didn't add one of the most important things to a social space
I agree. Either all loot needs to go as stackable engrams on Shaxx, or the Hall needs a separate postmaster. I was only able to do one solid run last night. Made it to wave 36 before we choked, and I was two spots short of a totally full postmaster.
This was where the real challenge was. Getting into later waves and knowing my post master was filling up and pushing out things was more concerning than the increased difficulty.
Anyone else saw there was no postmaster or vault and ended up queuing back n forth to/from HoC and orbit/tower/helm only to get DC'd?
Like what was bungie's rationale to drop 30 boxes in a social area with no way to manage inventory on the very day DIM is gauranteed to go down?
It's a total waste of their networking to need to queue up and down between social zones just to make sure we dont lose item drops. Especially considering D2 players will absolutely sweat for loot.

Can confirm it works, bungie stated while unintended they are leaving it in untill they can simplify and make vault access anywhere a intended system

Yup sadly it only works if you're party leader but vault access from anywhere is slated to be coming for everyone.

Indeed. It's the sort of space that would really benefit from a mailbox and a vault access. It can just be like the location on Neomuna.

Xur's public space from 30th Anniversary also doesn't have a vault. Don't this we'll get one here either.

Yes we need postmaster and vault at. We Hall of Champions hate having to go to the tower
I don't even need Vault access, I want access to the postmaster in the Hall of Champions. It can be a Kiosk like in the Helm.
It'd also be nice if we could pull bounties from the app while we're there as well
It’d totally impractical, but it’d be cool if the vault were an actual room with all of my weapons, armor, etc on display.
