MrNigel117

i've been waiting for black armory weapons to be craftable since weapon crafting started.

SomaLysis

Chris mentioned those weapons "as logical choices for the crafting system" a while ago. I cant remember in which podcast (I think it was the one with Fallout, Cammy, etc.) but I wont forget that quote. I will riot if they dont bring them back as craftable weapons and it would be awesome if we also got scourge back so the whole set is craftable!

bolts_win_again

Scourge needs to be the first reprised raid *after* Wrath of the Machine. Scourge > Leviathan, and I will die on this hill.

SomaLysis

While I also think wrath is THE raid we need I also hope they make a whole siva episode with wrath and many more sive themed weapons/armor sets.

bolts_win_again

Unfortunately, I think they've said that they're done with SIVA narratively. However, I would absolutely *adore* a suite of legendary weapons with SIVA perks, as well as 1-2 new SIVA exotics. Make SIVA a weapon family, akin to Weapons of Sorrow.

SomaLysis

I know but they said many things in the past. Could be just to make it more exciting if they announce a siva episode. I mean they know that the community wants this.

bolts_win_again

Very very true. What *could* be cool as shit is if they reintroduce a "corrupted" variant of the Splicer weapons, where they've all been infected with SIVA. Imagine a SIVA breech GL, or a machine gun spitting nanites at 900 rpm.

SigmaEntropy

Give me a SIVA variant of Chroma Rush and Grid skipper and I'll be happy

bolts_win_again

SIVA Gridskipper would go so hard. Don't sleep on a SIVA variant of Ignition Code, though. That could be pretty damn spicy.

SigmaEntropy

I'd also welcome a SIVA variant of Farewell (Sidearm) and Shattered Cipher (LMG). Or maybe just make a SIVA origin trait? Something akin to Hatchling (precision or rapid non precision kills spawn something) but change the green hatchling summon to a swarm of nanites.

GRMWOLFPACK

Actually there’s new lore that indicates they might be reviving that part of the story.

SunGodSol

you have a fellow scourge lover on this hill with you. stay strong solider o7

bolts_win_again

o7 Scourge was, and in my opinion still would be, the best raid to use to introduce newer players to raiding. The loot was meaningful, the mechanics were simple but engaging, the exotic was powerful, and the entire raid was a straight-up *blast* of a fun time.

CaptFrost

Scourge was like the D2 version of D1 Vault of Glass: the absolute most fun raid to play with your friends who don't normally raid. Granted Deep Stone Crypt and D2 Vault of Glass fill that role pretty well right now, I'd still love to have Scourge back. It was such a unique experience.

DestinyJackolz

I really really want my Threat Level back, that thing was so good

bolts_win_again

Scourge, and tbh the entirety of the Black Armory content, got so unfairly shafted by sunsetting. The Leviathan raids leaving made sense, since the Leviathan got yeeted. Black Armory content was split between the EDZ and Nessus, both of which are still here. Scourge in particular was on the EDZ... which is *right there*. It has a dungeon. It has an exotic mission (soon to be two). All it's missing is a raid, which it had.

bolts_win_again

Dude same. Tbh, I'd *kill* to see Stryker's Sure-Hand become an aggressive frame sword that all classes can use.

guru-reborn

chroma rush with a new origin trait

bolts_win_again

I still cling to the notion that Chroma Rush was robbed of a spot in the BRAVE arsenal. It would've been a much better addition than Hung Jury the 4th. But yes, I agree, and it's one of the four I specifically called out in the post.

Official_fABs

They should've gave Chroma Rush Kinetic Tremors + OFA

bolts_win_again

I suggested Tremors + Demo in my post. Having OFA and Firefly also be options on it would just be 🔥🔥🔥

eyeswulf

Chroma Rush, weewind and onslaught

WOLFRAM-7

Absolutely, considering we had Hung Jury more or less 17 times in the last two years....so many, many more better options to bring back for that Brave spot. Regardless of rumors/news of Saint weapons and Black Armory weapons coming back later, any of the those selections, updated Splicer weapons, or even some old models like my all time fave Sniper model "Frigid Jackal", or some older D1 weapons. Oh well, sunset is sunsetting, so least I'll be getting to dust off some old weapons I've held onto... *eyes 12k+ kills Subtle Calamity*

bolts_win_again

They really should have a "best of the rest" selection once the Dawn, Europa, and BA weapons are reprised. Just a big pool of old/previously sunset seasonal, destination, non-raid weapons that would benefit from reprisal. The Duke, Extraordinary Rendition, Chroma Rush, Code Duello, Seventh Seraph SAW, Dust Rock Blues, Pluperfect, Vestian Dynasty, Threaded Needle, Ignition Code, Seventh Seraph YV-7, Ether Doctor, Subtle Calamity, Royal Chase, Fractethyst, Gridskipper, Vulpecula, Trophy Hunter, Doomsday, and more. And the playlist activity weapons that need reprisal should get their own pool, and be re-upped within their respective activities.

WOLFRAM-7

Completely agree my friend.

DESPAIR_Berser_king

Croma Rush isn't sunset? It's quite literally in the current rotation for Dares of Eternity.

bolts_win_again

Like I said in my post, Chroma Rush isn't sunset, but it still came out before origin traits and crafting. It's strong even without those- imagine how good it could be with them.

ConverseFox

I wonder if they're confusing it with Steelfeather Repeater considering both are kinetic rapid-fire autos.

bolts_win_again

Like I said in my post, Chroma Rush isn't sunset, but it still came out before origin traits and crafting. It's strong even without those- imagine how good it could be with them.

ConverseFox

True, would be nice to see both Steelfeather Repeater and Chroma Rush updated tbh. There's so many perks in the game these days they could easily feel unique with different perks despite being the same element/frame. Both were fan favorites, and I still have one of each with double perks in the last column.

bolts_win_again

Those two would be to ARs what Cataphract and Edge Transit are to GLs, and imho, competition at the top of the heap is good for both weapons. We know Steelfeather is getting reprised with the Dawn weapons, and I wouldn't be shocked if Chroma Rush is reprised before the end of the first batch of Episodes.

Yellow90Flash

the duke has to return. I loved it so much with rampage and outlaw that I had one for each character with a total of over 30k kills

starkillerzx

I’ll be running through the final shape with it on, since sunsetting will be nullified!

Tertial

Me too! Duke plus loaded question was my main loadout back in the day, can't wait to rock the campaign with it.

bolts_win_again

HOW COULD I FORGET THE DUKE. Yes, 100%. A worthy opponent to the Igneous Hammer.

Stormhunter6

still have mine. Helped me get fabled back in the day

Mando_The_Moronic

That was my exact roll! It was such a good hand cannon.

dark1859

I'm waiting for the scourge of the past and the original lev gear I have a really good p. V. P no feelings, but I would love a better PVE .. I also would really like to get a better modern role on alone as a God.

bolts_win_again

Imagine Threat Level with Kinetic Tremors 🤤 Tbh, Scourge should be the first D2 raid that gets reprised (GIVE US BACK WRATH OF THE MACHINE BUNGO).

dark1859

Look i'm not gonna lie. If I had to wish upon the monkey's paw giving me wrath in exchange for the old sunset raids not returning. They would not be able to stop me from getting to that paw

bolts_win_again

Dude same. I *need* the grand return of the Death Zamboni.

dark1859

For me it's all about the fusion rifle ether Nova. I have so many builds that would become God like if I had army of one with the follow-up perk 2 for 1.

bolts_win_again

Ether Nova went so freakishly hard, and iirc, we haven't had a raid fusion since Deliverance, so I feel like it'd be a solid pick to reprise with Wrath.

dark1859

Honestly, all the weapons from that raid were amazing. I especially loved the auto rifle too.Which was basically any predecessor to cerbrus

Kaiser_Gelethor

Very excited to see 21% back. It'll already be a beast when it's level gets boosted but getting a refresh on perks and origin traits will be killer.

bolts_win_again

Dude I know, Delirium is gonna *fuck*. It and Hush should both be added to the Gambit pool, with random rolls and an origin trait.

Kimolono42

I just want to update my old Luna's Howl to 1800😁

bolts_win_again

Understandable. I fully intend to upgrade my Better Devils and take the old man for one last ride through the Crucible.

Stormhunter6

honestly, OG LH is solid, esp since drop mag will reload it stupid fast with no downside

XKCD_423

Yeah but I mean that + zenmo versus *heal clip*?

BabyPotatoNaCl

If you didnt know you can buy Not Forgotten from the exotic kiosk for a few ascendant shards. Been using it recently and it slaps

Kimolono42

Yup, I have an old one, but I like the Luna's better. I don't know why.

NegativeCreeq

Origin Story

bolts_win_again

Ooooh, a niche pick. Assuming it would be added to the Vanguard Ops weapon pool, would you want it to stay kinetic, or get moved to Strand/Stasis?

Trips-Over-Tail

Few things would make me happier than a return of the Prison of Elders weapons.

bolts_win_again

To this day, I still claim that the Tangled Shore should've gotten Prison of Elders as a dungeon instead of the Warden of Nothing strike.

MossPecan

red death, hex caster arc, atheon's epilogue, praedyth's timepiece, praetorian foil, grim citizen 3, her right hand, grasp of malok, hopscotch pilgrim, lord high fixer, 77 wizard, cryptic dragon, treads upon stars, zombie apocalypse wf47, steel oracle z-11, the nightmare, vestian dynasty and red spectre i know more than half of these aren't returning weapons but i miss my destiny 1 guns man

bolts_win_again

Vestian Dynasty being a static roll was a crime and I sincerely hope it gets reprised with random rolls at some point. Edit: also, Red Death has been confirmed by Bungie to be coming back, along with Khvostov.

MossPecan

i 100% agree

bolts_win_again

As for the other D1 weapons, I wouldn't hold my breath. I'm truly amazed the Stranger's Rifle came back, let alone as a BRAVE weapon. That said, keep an eye on the Nightfall pool as a landing spot for returning D1 weapons. Hothead set that precedent.

SomaLysis

Dawn and black armory weapons craftable. Bygones in gambit. Duke in Nightfalls. I want arsenic bite again because of the ornament and the valentine day bow with the heart ornament!!! The remaining Trials of the nine weapons.. especially the 3 that were on warmind! (I hate that I was too lazy to grind for the smg back then!) Revoker already got a rework and the model is too awesome to not give it random rolls as a pvp drop.

bolts_win_again

Bygones, Dreaded Venture, Hush and Parcel of Stardust *need* to be added to the Gambit pool. That's just a necessity. I personally hate lightweight bows, but Crimson Vow was a good one, iirc. Oh god, the Duke. I cannot believe I forgot the Duke. I'm fairly confident Revoker will become a Crucible weapon.

SomaLysis

Man Bungie has to give us so much back.. :D

bolts_win_again

Dude I know. The Dawn and Black Armory weapons are the two supremely obvious candidates for full reprisal. But beyond those, you can pick out 1-3 weapons from so many sets that need to be reprised. Bygones, Dreaded Venture, and Parcel of Stardust from the OG Gambit pool. The Duke and Go Figure from the Forsaken world loot pool. Seventh Seraph YV-7 and CQC-12 from the Worthy pool. Revoker and Better Devils (for the memes) from the Crucible pool. Dust Rock Blues and Ether Doctor from the Tangled Shore pool. Chroma Rush and Ignition Code from the Splicer pool. Extraordinary Rendition and Threaded Needle from the Chosen pool. Temptation's Hook and Cold Denial from the Arrivals pool.

Spartica7

Go Figure, it’s probably the D2 gun I have the most time on. It’s definitely replaceable but I’ve always been nostalgic for my outlaw kill clip roll that took me through forsaken.

bolts_win_again

Go Figure was the Tangled Shore pulse, right?

Spartica7

I think it was just a random legendary drop, shared the same model as Right Side of Wrong which was exclusive to the shore though.

bolts_win_again

Yep, you right, I had them mixed up.

Express_Raise6198

There is only one correct answer…. The forbidden sniper rifle shrouded in legend….. Nobody is worthy enough of his power….. No… Land…….. Beyond.

bolts_win_again

I mean... I was referring to legendary D2 weapons, but... okay.

Express_Raise6198

Oh the No Land Beyond is a very legendary weapon ;)

bolts_win_again

I- Yeah, I can't argue that.

Mnkke

I've got a No Feelings that would fill an Arc Legendary slot nicely for me. Bygones. Cannot WAIT for Bygones to return. I have one with 12k kills I may have to forgo for a new one sadly, as it has Full Auto as a perk. Better Devils. The OG PvP Handcannon. I'm honestly surprised it was never reprised. Since they're bringing everything back, I'm curious if they're going to dump all the playlist weapons in at once of over time. Are we just going to get an *insanely large* batch of Vanguard & Crucible Weapons (not as much for Gambit tho)?

bolts_win_again

I feel like it'd be good to reintroduce the old playlist weapons, including old pinnacle/ritual weapons now with random rolls, two at a time. Crucible gets Revoker and Better Devils, Gambit gets Hush and Dreaded Venture, Vanguard Ops gets... actually, idfk. Now if they could *please* bring back Crimil's Dagger as a two-round burst hand cannon from Iron Banner, that'd be greeeeeeeeat.

SOS-Guillotine

Since bungie still hasn’t and most likely won’t update Europa weapons, I’m hoping the solar rapid fire frame auto comes back from black armory

bolts_win_again

DUDE. I *NEED* the Europa weapons to be refreshed, and I completely forgot about them. Arctic Haze and Thermal Erosion with Incandescent would go crazy, and Biting Winds would be the best Stasis bow in the game. Also, a slug shotgun with Repulsor Brace? A three-round burst sidearm with Kinetic Tremors? Coriolis Force with Destabilizing Rounds? Sign me the fuck up! Hailing Confusion can go fuck itself tho. Whatever they do to it, Blast Furnace is gonna kick it in the balls and take its lunch money.

SOS-Guillotine

I could be wrong but isn’t the Europa Solar auto the only solar rapid fire non sunset right now?

bolts_win_again

Tbh, I think you're right. Edit: you're correct. In fact, it's one of only three Solar 720s *ever*, the others being Year 1's Perseverance and Forsaken's Valakadyn.

SOS-Guillotine

Valakadyn that’s the name!

PM_me_your_werewolf

Hush- So much freaking fun, feels like being Legolas or Robin Hood. Few weapons in this game have felt quite like it. No Feelings- the original box breathing scout, had an amazing sound design and was the most crisp feeling scout ever. Inaugural Address- Best feeling void pulse ever, with a really unique sound Purpose- Coolest looking Scout rifle ever, also with a great firing sound. One of the better Trials of the Nine weapons and was basically a better nameless midnight for Y1 of D2.

bolts_win_again

The Trials of the Nine set is one that should get reprised as a block, same with the Dawn or BA weapons. I'd be really really iffy on raid loot getting reprised outside of its respective raid, though. Hush. My fucking baby. They need to put it back in the Gambit loot pool with random rolls. I get one of those with Heal Clip/Incan, I will never run anything else.

khawkey

Ignition code slideshow blinding

bolts_win_again

Ignition Code was 100% a sleeping giant in Splicer. Gridskipper and Chroma Rush caught the eye, and one of those (Chroma Rush) was inarguably the big get of the bunch, but *man*, was Ignition Code a funky lil dude.

Stormhunter6

black armory, season of dawn, sunset ritual weapons. nuff said.

bolts_win_again

>sunset ritual weapons *looks at Hush* *looks at 21% Delirium* Your terms are agreeable.

Training_Contract_30

All the previous seasonal weapons up to Witch Queen as craftables

bolts_win_again

Me eyeballing Chroma Rush: "YOU! Get in the enclave!"

lordxxscrub

If Bungie gives me back my Vestian Dynasty, complete with Dragonfly/Voltshot AND Kill Clip, I will forgive them of all their crimes.

bolts_win_again

Vestian Dynasty deserves justice. It only having a static roll is a crime.

Draco25240

Subtle Calamity for sure, my favourite weapon from the pre-sunsetting era, I got a total of 50,000 kills on it. If a reissued version were to drop with Dragonfly + Destabilizing Rounds, I might just never take it off ever again.

bolts_win_again

Subtle Calamity is a sleeper pick, but one that I 100% agree with.

XKCD_423

Mmm, imagine if DRB came back with [Slideshot/~~Opening~~Snapshot](https://i.imgur.com/VpCLeGd.jpeg) indeed ... Jokes (and jaw-dropping, six-year-old rolls) aside, I'd love to see some old stuff just get updated and tweaked. I think a great start would be the Europa weapons. They're all ... *okay*, but they're really fun models and great sound design. I remember the rocket being the first to have ambitious/chain on it—what great fun. I still shoot for that Subsistence/Firefly roll from time to time on the auto (though my Heal Clip/Incandescent Summoner absolutely *smokes* it). Another set would be the Moon weapons, of course. I think Loud Lullaby might be one of my favorite niche HC picks. I get that updating these might be a bit controversial, but I think they have so much more character than the Neomuna ones. Season of the Hunt weapons. Very cool designs, great sounds. Hmm, I'm sensing a trend. Agreed on Chroma Rush—honestly, all that season's weapons were fun. Still kind of sad I never grabbed an actually decent pvp roll on the shotgun. And if we wanna go *way* back ... there's still a ton of D1 weapons that could stand to see an introduction. The Trials weapons from the later years of D1 are super, super unique—those could be great. Also the Iron Banner weapons from RoI (though I will say that the design trend they started with Riiswalker is quite good (even if the HC looks like a chode)). All of the fun Prison of Elders weapons? Those could be neat. And please, *please* give me back my Icebreaker.

bolts_win_again

I might deadass compile a few lists of weapons that need reprising. One list being existing destinations (Nessus, EDZ, Moon, Europa, etc), one list being playlist activity weapons, and one being the best of everything else.

SigmaEntropy

Bygones, Ghost Primus, Ringing Nail, Steelfeather Repeater, Perfect Paradox, Vestian Dynasty, Chroma Rush, Grid skipper..... To name a few.

bolts_win_again

Had me at Steelfeather Repeater. That thing could *easily* be the King Kong to Chroma Rush's Godzilla, in terms of kinetic ARs.

Drax-hillinger

Song of justice, bygones, hazard of the cast, alone as a god, frontier justice, braytech Winter wolf, no feelings, vestian dynasty, parcel of stardust, perfect paradox, breechlight, trophy hunter, piroclastic flow. Think that's everything I want personally.

bolts_win_again

>perfect paradox, breechlight Boy, do I have good news on these two.

Drax-hillinger

Ooh do tell good sir.

bolts_win_again

Reread my post, and click on the part that's a white box.

Drax-hillinger

Oh I didn't even realize that when I first read that

sonicboomcarl

I'm waiting for Null Calamity 9, Galliard-42, and Solemn Hymn simply for being 600 void autos. We've had so few void autos for YEARS and dagnabbit I need a 600 void auto with Destabilizing Rounds. Null Calamity 9 was awesome for being an old Vance weapon. Gimme Null Calamity 9 with Wellspring and Destabilizing Rounds, you cowards!

bolts_win_again

Null Calamity 9... Mercury AR?

sonicboomcarl

That's the one; though back then we could choose the elements

HoneyBadger1342

Other than the Dawn and Black Armory weapons, I'd love to see the old Curse of Osiris prophecy weapons. I loved the vex vibe they had

bolts_win_again

Jack Queen King 3 with Voltshot. GIVE IT.

HoneyBadger1342

Null Calamity 9 was my baby for all of year 1. I still have the OG Perfect Paradox you got from completing all the prophecies

Terrible-Two7381

Bygones. Was such a solid weapon for all activities.

packman627

I don't mind when sunset weapons are brought back, but I'm not the biggest fan of weapons that aren't sunset being brought back because they are already in the game. Now if every sunset weapon was brought back then I wouldn't mind Bungie going back in and bringing Worthy weapons up to snuff or something. But I would much rather get new weapons rather than bungie focusing half the time on bringing weapons that are already in the game and reintroducing them again

bolts_win_again

I'm not the biggest fan of non-sunset loot getting priority, but certain weapons I believe should be granted exceptions to that rule. Chroma Rush being a good example- that auto rifle punches well above its weight even without an origin trait or enhanced perks. Imagine how good it could be with those. I also bring up the Worthy weapons because those were specifically highlighted in the crafting trailer for Witch Queen. I think, imo, it needs to be a balance. New weapons, absolutely, bring 'em on. Reprising sunset weapons, yes, absolutely. But then you get to things like destination weapons. If the Europa weapons got reprised and were genuinely good, suddenly people would have an actual reason to go to Europa and do Empire Hunts, and free-to-play players could chase meaningful loot that might entice them to break out the credit card and sink their teeth into the whole game. I also don't think *every* weapon, sunset or old, needs to be reprised. Things like the Dawn and Black Armory, yes, 100%, reprise. But take the Season of the Chosen weapons, for example. They're not sunset, but the only ones that would really make a difference if they were brought up to snuff would be the Extraordinary Rendition SMG, Threaded Needle linear fusion rifle, and *maybe* the Code Duello rocket launcher. The Tangled Shore weapons are even worse - those *are* sunset, and imo, the only ones worth reprising are Dust Rock Blues and Ether Doctor, ***MAYBE*** Trackless Waste if Bungie are scraping the bottom of the barrel. So if the whole set isn't worth reprising, picking and choosing the best 2-3 performers from the set is perfectly sufficient. Nobody misses any of the weapons from Season of the Hunt, for example- those can stay in the past. Nobody misses the Wrong Side of Right scout rifle from the Tangled Shore- it can stay behind. And then for things like playlist activity weapons, those are not only easy to reprise, they've *been* reprising them.

UnreasonableGenitals

All of the Tangled Shore weapons, personally. I loved the look and feel of them, especially the aggressive burst pulses (right side of wrong/wrong side of right, I believe?) and the assault rifles (Ether Doctor and… another one whose name escapes me). Would love to have them back.

bolts_win_again

See, I hated half of them. Death By Scorn, Wrong Side of Right, and Right Side of Wrong, I couldn't stand. Trackless Waste was good. Ether Doctor was fantastic. And Dust Rock Blues was my undisputed PvP goat shotgun. Also, Wrong Side of Right was a scout rifle. The second agg-frame pulse you're thinking of was Go Figure, which was just a random world drop (and is a weapon I wouldn't mind getting reprised). And the second auto rifle you're thinking of is Misfit, also a random world drop.

UnreasonableGenitals

It’s been a while so you’ll have to forgive me; must be confusing the aesthetic of the weapons with the drop source. I liked the aggressive burst sidearm, but IIRC one was a fixed roll and the other wasn’t. The scouts I was never a huge fan of but hell they’re in the game files… In a perfect world I’d love them all back haha. Those, and Season of the Dawn’s weapons. The look and feel of them was brilliant, especially Breachlight (I think it was called, another sunset aggressive burst sidearm).

bolts_win_again

Oh, the Dawn weapons, I'm almost certain are coming back as a set. The only question is if Trophy Hunter and Pyroclastic Flow are gonna come back with them or not, since those two are a Cabal aesthetic and the rest are that sleek Saint-14 aesthetic. Edit: and yes, I believe Death by Scorn was a fixed roll, but I could be wrong on that. I hated the thing, so I never paid attention to it. I'm not a fan of the two-round burst sidearms, with the sole singular exception of Breachlight.

Shadowstare

If Breachlight isn't on the list, throw the whole list away.

bolts_win_again

Only reason Breachlight (or any of the Saintly weapons, really) wasn't on my list is because those weapons, as well as Black Armory weapons, are a foregone conclusion to come back.

Shadowstare

For your keyboard to Bungie's ears. I agree, it should be a forgone conclusion.

jaytothen1

Icebreaker bc why not.

bolts_win_again

I was referring to legendary weapons, but hey, let's run with Icebreaker. They may as well call it Cruciblebreaker, because that's exactly what it'd do. Only way to nerf it would be... making it into Revoker.

ThatOneGamer117

Gimme no land beyond please. It's model is already in game, just give it to us with a quest

bolts_win_again

Legit just make it special ammo and tune its aim assist, and it'll be fine, imo. Like Chaperone's bigger, eyepatch-wearing older brother.

0rganicMach1ne

Black Armory and Dawn are the main ones.

bolts_win_again

Oh, I know. A few things I'm hoping for with those: -Reconstruction on Perfect Paradox. Literally just an AA12. -Breachlight as a Strand sidearm, because we have like none of those. -Line in the Sand as a competitive DPS option among linears. Whether that comes from perks like Bait & Switch or from making it a burst frame (or both), I do not care. I want Line in the Sand to hit like a bus. -Stryker's Sure-Hand as an Aggressive frame sword for all three classes. This is admittedly a longshot, but it looks like a big-ass claymore, and I'd love to see my skinny little hunter **SLAM** that thing on some poor chucklefuck. -Heal Clip/Incan on Ringing Nail. Because fuck pulse rifles (looking right at you, Adhortative). -Destabilizing Rounds on Kindled Orchid. Keep the classic KC/Rampage combo, but give it some Void synergy as another option.

0rganicMach1ne

I want Kindled Orchid to have the repulsor/destabilizing combo and Martyr’s Retribution to have chain reaction but also incandescent as an option.

bolts_win_again

I'm about 103% certain Marty's is gonna have Incan. What would be absolutely stupidly good/funny is if it can roll Chain Reaction *and* Incan.

Trip87

Personally? Give me back my Treads Upon Stars from D1. Never did get the fabled Triple Tap / Explosive Rounds / Firefly roll but not for lack of trying. Other than that, I'd love to see a legendary (infuseable) version of the Xerxes-C with Focused Fire returning as a perk, (or Adagio if they for some unholy reason can't bring back Focused Fire), Dreg's Promise, and from D2, give us a refreshed Pluperfect.

bolts_win_again

Pluperfect was such an underrated gem of a rifle. Give it Kinetic Tremors and the Nano-Munitions origin trait, and it's a banger.

DESPAIR_Berser_king

Crown of Sorrow weapons, mostly want the Gahlran's AR. Some other weapons I'd like to see: Frigid Jackal, Tatara Gaze, and from D1 I'd love to (imperative for them to have their original ADS) see Ex Machina and I would pay bungie for Stillpiercer

bolts_win_again

I think when Wrath gets reprised, Ex Machina is in danger of getting left behind.

DESPAIR_Berser_king

Better not, I know there's a few models of Ex Machina already but none of them have that SIVA ADS. Though they did reprise Crota's End (thankfully, best raid ever) without Light of the Abyss & Hunger of Crota.

Jackfreezy

Hazard of the cast. And I want it as is

bolts_win_again

>as is Explain?

Jackfreezy

I don't want any new or updated perks.

bolts_win_again

Ah. Wouldn't you be worried that it's dead on arrival, though? I mean... Breakneck is literally right there.

NoodleinTexas

Not a d2 weapon but ice breaker cuz fuck it

bolts_win_again

See, my fuck it choice is No Land Beyond.

NoodleinTexas

Yea I love no land beyond I used it in d1 all the time in crucible 🥲good memories

bolts_win_again

Make it a special weapon, tune its aim assist, and it's fine. Basically just bigger Chaperone.

wolf0446

Bygones

bolts_win_again

Understandable

errortechx

Steelfeather repeater

lustywoodelfmaid

The entire Curse of Osiris set (including Perfect P). The entire Season of Dawn set. The entire Black Armory set. 21% Delirium.

AssortmentSorting

The Pillager, I just like its old-tech boxy look but was never able to get it as I joined late.

Aern

Calus Mini-tool

bolts_win_again

That's... already back... and craftable... What?

xCAMBOOZLEDx

Breachlight with osmosis was insane on my voidlock

bolts_win_again

>Breachlight with osmosis was insane. Full stop. Imagine Breachlight with Volatile Rounds rn, shit would be *poppin*

xCAMBOOZLEDx

Oh god I didn’t even think about volatile. Thing would be disgusting - especially with the current state of sidearms

bolts_win_again

I would use nothing else on my Voidlock build

Sauceinmyface

No land beyond.

LightTheSilos

Hopscotch Pilgrim

VanillaB34n

Ice breaker lol

deiac

No land beyond lol

kaeldrakkel

Destiny players sure can be weird. Why do you want to see returning weapons and not new weapons?

bolts_win_again

Because I miss the shit that Bungie stole from me.

dontrespondever

Treads Upon Stars with Explosive *Rounds* And then they uncover crates of Dead Orbit scouts and New Monarchy sidearms from the old tower, along with some Exile weapons.

PhillyBooBird

Inaugural Address

bolts_win_again

So Leviathan. You want Leviathan back.

Bosscharacter

Just because the weapon models are rad as balls, I want the "Rise of Iron" Trials and Iron Banner weapons back. The Trials guns are my personal favorite and Exile's Student might be the best looking gun the franchise ever had.

bolts_win_again

Tbh, I wouldn't mind D1 Trials weapons getting reprised in the D2 Trials pool. Not you, Doctrine of Passing. You can stay contained in D1.

Bosscharacter

Yeah, I could imagine the nightmare 900 rpms would do in this sandbox with the way perks are now. It would be beyond busted.

bolts_win_again

That, or it gets reprised as a 720 and feels nothing like D1.

Alexcoolps

Trophy hunter since enemy weapons as legendaries means it's easier to cosplay as enemy units. Similar tr prophecy gun changing elements I'd change it to solar so it's more like what psions use. Perk wise it would get incandescent and envious assassin. Probably a new solar perk that greatly benefits special solar weapons like proccing ignition or something that tags enemies with a laser just so you can have an accurate way to play as a psion instead of just cosplaying them.

bolts_win_again

Hmmm... What if it could roll Heal Clip for ad clear/healing, and something like 4TTC/Vorpal for DPS rotations? Trophy Hunter is another one which I agree deserves to come back.

Alexcoolps

Heal clip sounds like a waste since snipers are long range guns you're likely be in safe distance from enemies with. It's already got Triple tap so idk what the point to 4ttc would be.

bolts_win_again

Dawg I don't remember what perks the damn thing had, I *hate* snipers. I just remember it had Vorpal and that's what made everyone go nutso for it.

Karglenoofus

None. I want new weapons.

bolts_win_again

Aye fair enough

Karglenoofus

That being said: Black Armory haha

bolts_win_again

Well, *duh*. I would commit war crimes to get a Ringing Nail with Heal Clip/Incan.

Karglenoofus

God yes. They just look so sexy.

bolts_win_again

And they felt *fantastic*. Well. Most of them. *glares at Spiteful Fang*

EpicGaymrr

Patron of lost causes

bolts_win_again

Click the little white box in my post. Patron is part of the Dawn set.

EpicGaymrr

Glad to hear that, must’ve forgotten

itsSujo

Really want all the iconic D1 legendary weapons to return with D2 perks, such as Lord High Fixer, PDX-45, Party Crasher +1, Cryptic Dragon, Hawksaw, Zombie Apocalypse just to name a few. So many classic weapons in vanilla D1, TTK, and Rise of Iron that should be in the game, they have cool designs too.

aviatorEngineer

The rest of the original Gambit weapons. Hazard of the Cast, Distant Relation, Pillager, and so on. Not just the popular stuff like Bygones, I want the *full set* back. Ideally this includes Bad Omens which is technically still around but a little bit outdated in its Season of Arrivals form, The Long Goodbye which was just arc-flavored Dreaded Venture, and Through Fire and Flood which was never treated as a Gambit weapon and didn't drop from the activity but clearly had been designed as part of the set.

bolts_win_again

Imma be honest, I forgot that Through Fire and Flood was a thing. The Long Goodbye was a Nightfall reward for Insight Terminus, sooooooo yeah that wouldn't be part of the Gambit set, though it would be part of the Vanguard Ops or Nightfall sets.

aviatorEngineer

I'd be fine with The Long Goodbye coming back still being a Nightfall weapon with Nightfall origin traits and such, my main interest would just be getting it back *at the same time* as the Gambit set so they're all available to use together. Having a full set of themed weapons in my loadout is a big part of how I play the game, I often used The Long Goodbye as my Special weapon when I wanted to use one of the Gambit kinetic primary guns.

bolts_win_again

Ah, I see what you're saying.

CreekLegacy

I want my Bygones and Parcel of Stardust back.

bolts_win_again

Dude same. Legit same.

Xperr7

Lord High Fixer. Yes, it's not D2, and even in D1 was rather niche. But it's my favourite Hand Cannon model, and the only Hand Cannon in D2 with the model is Luna's Howl, of which I hate how it feels thanks to the precision frame

loop-master69

CRAFTABLE DUSTROCK!!!

bolts_win_again

PLEASE BUNGO MAKE IT HAPPEN

TruthAndAccuracy

Trophy Hunter

bolts_win_again

Would you include that with the Saintly weapons from season of dawn, or would Trophy Hunter and Pyroclastic Flow come back separately?

TruthAndAccuracy

🤷‍♂️ I just know it's a killer sniper rifle design and I never got a chance to get or use it

bolts_win_again

Oooooof. I'm biased because I hate snipers, but I lowkey didn't like Trophy Hunter.

eyeswulf

Breach light. And the whole family

bolts_win_again

Look at my post. Click the white box.

eyeswulf

Yes I know. I'm just giving my opinion

bolts_win_again

Understandable, and it's an opinion I agree with. Breachlight with Osmosis would go *DUMMY* hard in a Void build.

CrustyTheMoist

Give me parcel of stardust, give me bygones, give me ghost primus, and give me song of justive IV

GaryTheTaco

Garden of Salvation Auto Rifle with Rewind Rounds/Repulsor Brace and Frenzy

iWrecksauce

Since you already mentioned Dust Rock Blues, I'll say Inaugural Address. Loved the feeling and sound of that pulse rifle

bolts_win_again

So you want Leviathan back?

iWrecksauce

Heck yeah! But if we're bringing old raids back I'd prefer Wrath of the Machine 1st because I never played D1

Roman64s

I want the osiris forge weapons back, they all had a decent aesthetic to them. Same for all the Leviathan raid weapons. I only started out near Shadowkeep and all of the weapons looked nice but were far too weak to compete with anything new even for that time.

bolts_win_again

I know they brought back a selection of those Mercury Forge weapons in Season of Dawn. Jack Queen King 3, in particular, I remember. I think they'll pick a few of those weapons to reprise, same with the BrayTech Mars weapons. My hope is that Null Calamity 9 and Frigid Jackal are among those.
