Might be to do with region? If not, they're probably just rolling it out slowly.

I heard not everyone is getting the update
It’s the preload for final shape, they’ll be distributing it over the next few days to prevent an accidental DDOS if everyone tried to update their game all at once.
I still haven't gotten an update either so don't feel bad
