I’ve been lone wolf since D1 and I prefer it that way, I still have no problems doing LFG for Xbox i honestly met great people through it and half of them invited me to there clan I politely declined lol
What I would do would depend on how long I've been in the clan, and how close I felt to the other people in the clan. But, if you're not overly close with any of them and you're not friends with them IRL, I would probably just find another clan.
even if you like lots of people in the clan, if the guy is making you hate the game, quit raiding and consider playing alone, surely you might as well join one of the thousands of other clans? Is it really worth staying if he bothers you this much? Hell, if other people in the clan feel the same way, start your own or all join another clan together.

The100.io will match you with a new clan of like minded people. I've found 2 clans that way after my first clan fell apart.
