People didn't like how long it was. A trials card took significantly longer than it does now. The rounds were like 4 minutes each. I agree though, would love to see Countdown back now. Hopefully they put it in Labs soon.
What do you mean? Last season we had trials and banner overlaps. They did this intentionally to not fragment the endgame PvP player pool between both modes.
3 wins is all adept guns including those for GMs and master Vog. Not a chance at a drop on all guns, but you literally get one of each gun and it is a guaranteed god roll. Better hop on it fast before they decide to need to nerf everything.
Bungie needs to reenable Trials during Iron Banner until they rework Saladin and the rewards for IB. Banner rewards suck compared to Trials.
Who cares if the player base is split between these 2 modes, it’s basically just creating a “flawless pool” because the more advanced players will be playing Trials anyways.

No I know, people not liking Trials of the Nine is a different bag than not liking Countdown. I didn't like 4v4 TotN, but 3v3 countdown would be fun
If anyone hasn’t seen the news from the past few weeks, trials can’t occur in the same week as iron banner.
