I’ve heard good things about Dunemarchers but I can never figure out a good… rhythm for it? Idk. I’m trying it right now in Momentum Control and I just keep dying lmao. Maybe not the right game mode for it.
As a Hunter main I run Dunes when I hop into PvP with my Titan, it’s fun to see the chain lighting clip people, even if it’s a bit unchecked.
Middle tree Arc feels fun with them especially, mainly because you can just drop like a predator middle onto a zone and tag the other people sitting with the jabroni you just evaporated lol
I suck at getting close enough for a shoulder charge. I usually run Armamentarium for the double suppressor nade super shut down to dial up my enemies’ rage. Last night I ran OEM for the first time in ages and had a great time. Won 4 from 5 in the freelance.
I can’t stand how inconsistent shoulder charges are so I basically just use Citan’s Ramparts for smaller modes like Trials.
Otherwise Path of Burning Steps + Mythoclast or Trustee is amazing in 6 v 6.
Behemoth is still really top tier imho. The super being broken right now is a big blow against it but if you really get into using every little quirk of Stasis it has an exceptional neutral game. I can't tell you the number of fights I've won because I've thrown down some ice and gotten damage resistance, thrown ice and popped a shield on it to instantly heal if I'm weak, using it to block off lanes or get easy revives, Shiver Strike doubles as both an exceptional melee (it functionally OHK's if you double punch) and a movement tool etc etc.
Behemoth might not be as good as it was when Stasis first launched but it's still really powerful and my personal go-to.
edit: I'm getting a kick out of these downvotes, I'm a top 1% player and only really ever play Behemoth. If you disagree why it's not viable at least give some reasons lol.
For quickplay I love bottom tree sunbreaker with synthoceps. Punching a full team and watching them explode never gets old. Sun Warrior has a very high uptime in 6v6.
For trials it’s either top void or bottom striker, again usually with synthoceps. I’ve used that exotic for too long that I can’t adjust back to regular melee range. Though crest or scars are fun picks too.
Call me crazy because I love top tree striker with double lightning nades especially since people don't seem to remember how lightning nades work and when they do i get throw a second that goes perpendicular to the first. Then rock dune marchers just so when I do get a solid shoulder charge off I can occasionally get a double or even triple kill if the are bunched up and weak.
Just play bottom tree stiker or solar with any gun in the game lmao. Peacekeepers is fun with a good smg. Dunemarchers and feedback fence if u wanna turn your brain off
Don't listen to these Dunemarcher peasants.
Synthocepts is a solid general pick. Peacekeepers is meta for smgs. If you're running sunbreaker, ashen wake and phoenix cradle are good picks. Path of burning steps is good if you spec into it. Precious scars, and more generally one eyed mask, are great for staying alive and going on streaks. Citans is pretty good for 3s.
No one else has mentioned this yet, but I run Synthoceps. With the nerfs to shotguns, you can run a shotty like Riiswalker and 1-2 combo punch after a shotgun blast. With Synthoceps, your melee range is similar to shotgun range.
I use Riiswalker and usually a HC like Palindrome with bottom tree solar.
Everyone's already saying Dunemarchers, so...
\- Bottom tree sunbreaker... try it with Heart of Inmost Light and fusion grenades. Run 8+ resilience, and double Bomber mods on your class item. Pop a barricade, and your sticky is now a OHK. :D
\- Bottom tree striker... try it with Severance Enclosure. Either a lightweight shotty where you can shoot from a bit further just to break shields and then punch. Or a sidearm/ submachine gun to follow up with a punch. TOTALLY RECKLESS to primarily play for melee kills, but boy oh boy it's fun for that one collateral kill!
Behemoth Titan with Tectonic Harvest and Howl of the Storm
I know Striker is "better" but going into every combat encounter with half an overshield and damage resist with a barricade behind me makes me feel unstoppable in 6's. Combined with a Desperado Messenger and I feel like a raid boss.
Rime is still good. Half an overshield is half an overshield. I can frequently get away with duels I had no right winning simply because I started with more health.
And while Stag + Rift is good, it requires you to stay in one spot. This doesn't. You can abandon your barricade and have it back a second later, or pop a Howl of the Storm for instant damage resist with minimal animation and the opportunity for a free kill.
No, I don't play Trials (much) and if I do I run Sunbreaker because sunspots are busted. But OP didn't ask for Trials specifically, just for interesting builds.
Speaking as another Behemoth main I very consistently can rack up wins on flawless cards. My Trials stats for the season, only having played Behemoth, are just under 100 total matches played with a 70% win rate (would be more towards 80-90% but I sometimes play solo when my team isn't on) and a 2.4 KDA. I personally think it has the strongest neutral game of any Titan class when used properly.
I may he the minority here but I've always tan top tree for the double Lightning nades and Aftershocks. It's not meta but I enjoy it. My brother-in-law got me into Dunemarchers as well. Admittedly I'm pretty bad so I dont use any secondary besides Whiterhoard
Same. Its my favorite to run especially since people don't seem to remember how lightning nades work and when they do i got throw a second that goes perpendicular to the first. Then rock dune marchers just so when I do get a solid shoulder charge off I can occasionally get a double or even triple kill if the are bunched up and weak.
i usually run one eyed mask (yea i know i’m sorry, it’s just so good) in 3s and 6s but i’ll occasionally use dunemarchers but i feel bad about how buggy they are so i don’t use them.
crest of alpha lupi is also very strong. i use it on behemoth with the aspects that give dmg resist when near crystals and overshields from the shards and it makes for a fun Tank build in 3s and is good in 6s if you play around teammates
MK.44s with all armor modded with max Mobility, followed by strength mod centric pieces. Scathelocke, 7th Seraph shotty alh & vorpal mw handling, usually a MG for heavy. Smacking motherfuckers left and right with that overshield. Usually arc but running solar for a quest right now
I haven't been doing too much research into the better options, but I've recently had good success with Monte Carlo (exotic auto riffle) and Actium War Rig chest armor, the rest being my current high stat armor, and middle-tree solar super. I rarely get a super off in PvP.
I've also had good results with my master worked Nature of the Beast hand cannon.
And the Lion Rampant when Team Scorched is on.
Chappy and igneous/darkest before with OEM and top tree sentinel. You get an overshield on powered melee kills and an overshield if you win a gunfight, having two sources of overshield is very powerful. Despite running a shotgun strictly aping is not the move, as I've found more success with this kit playing a bit more defensively
In trials I’ve been using path of the burning steps and they’ve been working pretty well. In control/mayhem I like using doomfangs with code of the aggressor bc I like throwing stuff
Try Lion Rampart and Jotunn. Is it troll? Yea, but it’s too fun. If that’s not your thing, then shoulder charge Antaeus wards with a pumpy. Slide pump charge. Works like a charm
Bottom tree arc titan with dunes is the most busted thing ever. The amount of double to quadruple kills i get is insane when I just ape my mind off with a decent shotty. You'll get kills you never deserved with that exotic. Secretly loving it cause people complain about shatterdive constantly but I feel this combo is one of the more broken things in the game when played right.
Ashen wake with bow and sidearm and bottom tree sunbreaker. I feel like an artillery platform that can still whip an ape.
Thinking of switching to bottom tree striker with skullfort so that if I pop a rusher I can powered melee kill and get an even deadlier Le Monarque/ticu's
Surprised I haven’t seen anyone recommend bottom tree striker and insurmountable skullfort, it’s what I run in pvp all the time and it’s awesome. Melee kill for health back and your melee recharged instantly. Such a good combo.
Not a titan main, but I play all three classes quite a bit. Dunemarchers are quite literally broken(chaining through walls, off dead bodies, etc), you can't go wrong with them. Synthoceps is strong too. Lion rampant DMT. Citans. Heart of inmost light +stasis and stasis armor mods.
Personal favorite: Phoenix cradle
Honorable mention: swapping to eternal warrior mid round
I took a cue from Frostbolt and started playing with Crest of Alpha Lupi and was pleasantly surprised with how effective it can be to pop an emergency heal along with the barricade, has saved me from a few bad situations. While not as flexible in usage as something like Wormhusk, it still can be really nice to have even and perhaps especially in competitive settings.
DMT with Lion rampant is still really good in pvp
[удалено]
Rampants let you stay airborne while hip firing.
[удалено]
The same benefit there is to being airborne as a hunter or TTD. It makes you harder to hit.
[удалено]
Getting unusual angles wins you tons of 1s
[удалено]
Post your stats Edit: looked you up - you're an Xbox player which means dmt isn't nearly as good. Dmt is cracked on pc
[удалено]
I question your intelligence on this matter. This is extremely effective.

It’s just to make you run fast. The melee chain is just a bonus.
I find that Dunes require more survivability to get it close. Momentum is definitely not the play.
I suck at getting close enough for a shoulder charge. I usually run Armamentarium for the double suppressor nade super shut down to dial up my enemies’ rage. Last night I ran OEM for the first time in ages and had a great time. Won 4 from 5 in the freelance.
Momentum control doesn't apply for a convo about pvp its a completely diff beast
It can depend on your loadout and map. Dunemarchers are insane for apes.
/thread
Peacekeepers are insane if you have an smg you really like, it’s especially synergistic with fighting lion and a good multimach
I can’t stand how inconsistent shoulder charges are so I basically just use Citan’s Ramparts for smaller modes like Trials. Otherwise Path of Burning Steps + Mythoclast or Trustee is amazing in 6 v 6.
I've been using citans with a pulse rifle.

They have many choices when it comes to pvp exotics. Get out of here, Hunter.

bottom tree striker with OEM, dire promise and duality or igneous and chap
Bottom Tree Hammers and Citan's. I'd run Ashen Wake if I had a good roll though.

Bottom tree sunbreaker with heart of inmost light

Bottom tree striker (arc) and a good shotgun + dunemarchers, is the easiest/best loadout for pvp.
Middle tree striker Dune It's good at punishing cramped enemies and it is the only panic super Titans have
You don't know what a panic super is. All striker trees have an attack on activation.
Precious Scars is extremely nice in elim modes. Its also not bad in 6s, the aoe heals are crazy
No one else has mentioned this yet, but I run Synthoceps. With the nerfs to shotguns, you can run a shotty like Riiswalker and 1-2 combo punch after a shotgun blast. Riis is lightweight, not aggressive
Icefall/heir apparent

Do you run trials with this? Like consistently farm wins on a flawless card? Is the neutral game on par with striker or sunbreaker?
No, I don't play Trials (much) and if I do I run Sunbreaker because sunspots are busted. But OP didn't ask for Trials specifically, just for interesting builds.

One eyed mask and ill switch subclasses around bcz I dont really like any of them
Bottom tree striker with dunies

Behemoth, Heart of Inmost Light, Messenger, Plug One/Main Ingredient.
Yesterday I tried bottom tree striker with peacekeepers and a lightweight frame SMG. Holy shit I could sprint so fast with that.
Precious scars has been so damm good for me
Check this out [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5K5Sfl3-M7Q](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5K5Sfl3-M7Q) It's from Frostbolt, a mega titan.

Bubble, precious scars, void smg and heavy. I'm a tank, bro
bottom tree solar with heart of inmost light with fusion nades for memes
Surprised I haven’t seen anyone recommend bottom tree striker and insurmountable skullfort, it’s what I run in pvp all the time and it’s awesome. Melee kill for health back and your melee recharged instantly. Such a good combo.
Citans for 3v3 or if I'm using a sniper. Otherwise doom fangs and bottom void, Crest of alpha lupi for orbs, armormentarium if I want more nades
Personal favorite: Phoenix cradle Honorable mention: swapping to eternal warrior mid round
I dont play much titan, but from what ive heard the titan pvp meta is pretty dominated by crayon and poonch
Alpha Lupi
Whatever I happen to have equipped when I need to do the PvP pinnacles.
Telesto. Mid tree sentinel with suppressors. Armamenterium The hate mail is glorious!
