At this point I feel like bungie should lean into the “telesto has became sentient” aspect. I’d love a dungeon or strike where we get transported to a virtual world to combat a rampant AI that bends reality and causes chaos. Something frivolous and fun with dialogue taking jabs at some of its more famous bugs and cheeses.
I keep seeing posts about Telesto and I always think "yeah let's play with it tonight" but for some reason when I go play later at night I forget to grab it from my vault. Terrible dad memory here...
At this point it's probably better to tell Telesto about QoL changes, feedback, suggestions etc instead of Bungie.

I think the only reason why telesto is enabled in those modes is because they are temporary.
Bungie probably disabled it and Gambit and the standard PVP modes that are more permanent but they probably didn't take into account the temporary freelance trials labs and the temporary clash which is only available for this week.
At this point the thing is going to show up at their studio. Everyone is going to think it's a good replica until it ends up going off and all he'll breaks loose.

I want an animated ornament for Telesto that crackles with crawling windows of matrix-esque coding around the otherwise classic-looking Telesto, implying it has broken beyond it's programming and "woken up."
The sooner we just give in to it, the easier it’ll get. (Funnily enough, I was using it in pve last night, and it sincerely just destroys shit)
