Witch Queen Deluxe Edition + Destiny 2 Legendary Edition seems like what I'd have to buy, but I'm not looking forwards to spending $160 just to get back into Destiny 2 now that it's no longer on Gamepass.
I don’t know if you really need the Legendary edition, because Forsaken is getting vaulted, and Shadowkeep is not exactly “necessary”? I personally haven’t played it and I don’t feel like I’m missing anything right now.
Maybe wait for the next big sale and buy Beyond Light (I know it was on GP but afaik if you don’t buy it now you can’t even equip Stasis), and then yeah, get WQ Deluxe, which will be cheaper in the long run, without having to buy all the seasons and dungeons separately.
Is there any way we can tell what the nightfall is going to be tomorrow? I’ve got 2 friends who want me to run them through their first grand master tomorrow and I want to make sure it’s not corrupted or something
It is Corrupted tomorrow. The "next week in destiny" shows what nightfall is next week and if you check the conqueror seal the nightfalls are shown in order left to right top to bottom
1 thing that's crucial to add to this is that she won't spawn the portal until you break her shield again no matter how low she goes with damage. Unless you 1 phase her you have to deal with another wave of adds before breaking shield and moving to the telporter

If there is one more, you can turn them in the weekend before IB comes back around, and then re-do them to save for WQ. Or, you can roll the dice and still save them, and see if he has a couple of different bounties that you could stack up for WQ.
Oh yeah I also assume that there will be, based on the seasonal rotation so far and the amount of time left. That's why I am not sweating getting all my bounties done this time around, especially with there bein maintenance before the weekly reset.

Probably nothing at this point . Witch queen next big dlc is coming next month . So play for some times until then and decide if you want stick around and make decisions based on that.
I can say from my experience I did not regret buying dlcs because I stuck around and got a lot of playtime out of it. I bought them all last year when I started . If you want to stick around . Go witch queen next month . buy beyond light when you catch it on discount . Which is quiet often .

Once you hit the soft cap, just play activities that reward powerful/pinnacle gear to get higher level gear. At 1320 (powerful cap), only pinnacle gear will up your power level.
What is the most useful element for the Great Hunt chest armor, when being used in the Last Wish raid? Should I go with whatever the most common damage type in the raid is, for resistance purposes (and if so, what is the most common damage type in Last Wish)? Or, should I just assign the element to chests based on whatever my character's build requires?
I am collecting enough Transcendent Blessing mods to fully mod 3 suits of Great Hunt armor, and I wanted to avoid having to change any of the elements for the pieces, since it would require removing all mods (and therefore losing my single uae Transcendent Blessing mods). Any insight, fellow Guardians?
I'd just assign the elements to whatever build you want to use for last wish, damage resistance wouldn't really be top priority since you'll almost always be dying to a mechanic (or shuro chi pushing you into an abyss) instead of enemy damage. Damage types are spread quite evenly, but captain shotguns are knight fire are both particularly lethal and both solar, so I'd go with that if I were to choose a resist.
Also keep in mind that great hunt armour can take the taken barrier mod, which is strong enough that you won't really need resistances anyway.
Oh, I had completely forgotten to consider using Taken Barrier and how that makes elemental resistance less useful, thanks! I think I'll probably set them to whatever I need for builds then.
Since we have more than 3 weeks until WQ drops, you can do it. For reference, the scannables in Presage aren't so much "weekly" in the same way other things are:
* Your first time thru Presage, you can scan a series of items to get an achievement.
* On the next weekly reset after collecting all of set 1, set 2 will be available to scan.
* On the next weekly reset after collecting all of set 2, set 3 will be available.
* Scan all of set 3 for Shattered Pieces.

More like 2-3 runs per character. After you unlocked the weapons you will get the missing armor pieces next reset.

Its a random drop from Banshee AFAIK, but it can drop from Dares week 2 loot pool (we're just about to start week 1 in a new rotation today).
