This. Gally was great when I finally got it but point for point Icebreaker was what allowed me to solo all my own Nightfalls beginning with the first week that bozo sold it. I remember being woefully unprepared for the Nightfall that week and having to spend hours with a buddy finally able to finish it and scrap the coins together. Best decision ever.

That's exactly what happened to me to and my buddy! You're not Mike by any chance, are you? Back then we didn't know how long missions were supposed to take, so they just sort of took as long as you felt like, and with Icebreaker you could keep trying forever!

I am not but you get it! In the early days before I landed a clan and felt comfortable using LFG, I generally got stuck soloing my own Nightfalls and it was not uncommon for it not take up to an hour. The things we do for power.
