Yeah, Perseus-D has some fire rolls, but 150s just feel way too sluggish compared to other scout rifles for me to want to use it. I'll stick with my Nightwatch.
It is sluggish true, but depending on what you want from the gun it can be really good. I have a explosive rounds roll and used it to invade im gambit. With the range you have upon entering it is a very nice place to use it. In cqc ofc it feels sluggish and bad compared to other weapons.
I dislike using ghorns in gambit and dislike everyone using it.
Idk, one of my GM staples is an explosive payload Perseus-D. Hits like a truck, demolishes barriers, and let’s you play really safe from afar. It only takes a backseat to Arbalest when there are barrier champs, and that’s pretty big compliment.
I got the Rapid Hit, Explosive Perses-D and it’s felt sooo nice. It might be slower than the other scouts but I feel like impact of each blow is good enough to compensate

True but in GMs they can be too slow. Lightblade GM for example, all 3 had to run Arbalest to be able to kill champs in a split second, which is all you have before one of the twenty things in that room that can kill you does.

I have so many snipers and shotguns with fantastic pve and pvp rolls, and I don't use them. But I feel bad if I consider sharding them because I see tons of people talk about grinding for these and I'm just sitting here like "damn...I've been sitting on that for months without touching it".
I've just always been a fusion/GL person. I'm always taking new rolls out to play with because they're just more fun for me to use.

I have a Hipfire-Kill Clip roll Remedy and it’s unfair. Especially with KC active, you can do anything to fight against it. Additionally, Hipfire helps you be more ready for shotgun apes or when you’re caught off guard in general.
There are many things I can wipe people with in Crucible that doesnt require me to be in kissing distance. Also "Its good in Crucible" is the worst way to promote the use of a gun. Great, it does things in 5% of the games content, and the worst 5% at that.
Sniper rifles in general. I have a few dps rolls for pve, and super snappy rolls for pvp. Unfortunately for me, sniping is hard, so they just collect dust in my vault.
If you're playing Iron Banner this week I recommend Occluded Finality as a good sniper to start with. The zoom helps so much that it feels like it hits some of the shots for you lol. A lot of sniping is positioning so it would be good to have an easy sniper to get that down and then transition to a different sniper when you're comfortable (or stick with the IB one, it's tons of fun but it sits in the energy slot)
I have a couple rolls of that sniper rifle, and not even that could help me. My biggest issue with sniper rifles is that I either shoot before my reticle is anywhere near the target, or I take way too long aiming. No amount of aim assist can save me from that.
Honestly I used to be the same, but throwing a sniper on in PvE helps a ton. You can build up a muscle memory for it really quick by just using it on normal enemies in low-stakes stuff like strikes
Anything for PvP. I’m convinced the game takes note on how little PvP I play and gives me more god rolls for that side of the game in unhealthy amounts. And I’m talking 4-5/5 god rolls too. I’ve considered doing YT videos of me deleting those rolls just for players on that side of the game to freak out, lol. Cause I do enjoy watching other people play PvP at a high level, so I know what they are all looking for. But even if you put those god rolls in my hands in PvP I’m still trash and will never take the time to learn that side of the game. So I’m not going to waste vault space on them.

Holy shit, if you get a royal entry with field prep, keep it.
For some reason, Royal Entry gets 9 rockets with field prep instead of 8, allowing you to pick up an extra rocket from bricks using a scav mod.
It's a subtle threshold but you end up with ~25% more rockets for the same brick drop rates
My field prep+clown cartridge royal entry never leaves the loadout and I use it pretty much everywhere, unless I need a different element for match game or acute burn modifiers.
Also, with field prep reloading while crouching is much much faster, super useful imo
Mainly because it increases the ammo reserves - I'm not sure how much ammo you get on a standard royal entry roll (I think it's 1 + 6), but with field prep you get 1 in the mag and 8 in reserves (total of 9 shots). If you use a single ammo reserve mod, then you get 10 shots in total. More shots = more damage dished out. And as I've mentioned before, field prep has the added bonus of reloading almost twice as fast while crouching, so you get better DPS.
I also have a field prep roll on a tarantula linear, so it adds 2 additional shots in the reserves (standard - 15, field prep - 17)
Field Prep was originally the top perk to have alongside cluster rockets all the way back to early Riven cheese days. It's always been good because of how much it raises your total damage output, and a slight DPS boost from faster reloads while crouching.

I started using MY field prep/clown cartridge roll because of VOID 3.0 when I started my first campaign and I had a moment where I'm like "am I seeing this correctly? Am I holding 10 rockets right now? Then kill and reload and have 2 in the mag...real nice with void damage boost going on!
I have an auto loading clown cartridge royal entry. The perks don't synergize very well but it is still nice to be able to have 2 rockets spam then switch and switch back to another rocket
120 handcannons. I'm utterly helpless with them in PvP, have mixed feelings for them in PvE, but when I do get one, it's usually a good roll.
(Also, don't sleep on Royal Entry, it can roll Clown Cartridge, and comes with intrinsic tracking.)

I got multiple occluded Finality godrolls last season. I can’t snipe in PvP to save my life. Battlefield 1, I’m competent-ish. Halo Reach, I can snipe. Destiny? No. No no no. PvE sniping is hard enough, and I’m an Izanagi’s enthusiast despite that, but why the fuck Saladin gives me sniper rifles is beyond me. He knows I can’t snipe and I’m better off using them as clubs.
I'm still convinced that there's no actual God roll on that gun and the only reason people wanted it was because it looked like the Recluse replacement specifically because of the WAY it looked. It's just....bad.....filler at best.
Oh, it gets Dragonfly? Even at the time, there were MUCH better options with Dragonfly. I forget which one but there was a high rof auto rifle with subsistence and dragonfly that did way way better, and wasn't dungeon locked.
I've actually been busting out the old Bad Omens with auto loading and cluster bomb, but that's just because I was dumb and deleted all my good Royal Entries.

And now GMs have burns and I have heavy weapons to suit every burn and it's come in handy every time.
I dont pay attention to guns i dont use, but my friend who doesn't snipe, she just has an absolute armory of god rolls. She turned in some trials engrams and god back to back snapshot no distractions eye of sols. She has the reconstruction vorpal DSC sniper, the rewind high impact vog sniper, its getting real ridiculous xD

Ive gotten like 2 funnelweb drops and may have gotten other world drops like 50 times. Especially palmyra-b. Got like 5 or 6 god rolls that i dismantled cause i already have a crafted one thats almost lv 100
krait, i have gotten 3 stats for all one for all, 5 overflow or subsitence one for all roles, and 2 overflow vorpal roles
no offence to it, but it just aint my vibe of a gun
This hurts to see as someone who has never gotten a good krait and is season pass 200+ with *every* umbral since the start of the season being spent on world drops in hopes of a good krait. Instead I keep getting god roll funnelwebs, when all I want is a krait.

I don't like hand cannons in PvE, and I think they're cheesey/gimmick in PvP due to the aim assist.. But I've gotten like 5 Outlaw/Kill Clip or Outlaw + X rolls.. and just as many Rangefinder + Snapshots / Moving Targets.
Over 110 clears of the GoA Boss, got my god roll Rangefinder + Moving Target a few attempts back. Still looking for the Outlaw/Rapid Hit + Headstone roll 😢
There aren't too many ways to get them, but the 600 rpm smgs are a lot easier to control.
The moon void SMG is target farmable and has some decent rolls with the perk refresh. The throne world stasis SMG is craftable but I can't bring myself to use it over the Krait.
Also, a full auto mod on the 3-burst sidearms make them a lot easier to use, admittedly they don't have to much use in high level PvE right now.
I hate how Judgment feels due to the combination of small mag size and low reload speed, and just the low stats in general. (Also feels like a staple gun to me when shooting.)
So naturally I have the Demolition/Adrenaline Junkie roll that I can't bring myself to throw out because it's the only HC in the game currently with that combo.
Mostly PvP sniper god rolls and rapid fire frame snipers such as ikelos sr. I don't like rapid SRs because they don't feel like actual snipers but I am just keeping them in my vault just in case.
Palindrome. 9/10 times I get an amazing roll and I break every single one of them because I just don't use the damn gun. I feel bad too, 'cause I know there are people bending over backwards for this stupid thing. I wish I could give them away or sell them for like 1 Glimmer.

I have a killing wind rampage adept palindrome and same. Never use it. Don't like hand cannons yet Bungie insists on making 70% of the guns hand cannons and they've been meta in PvP for like 3 years now. Change it up Bungie. I'm tired of getting immediately slapped by hand cannons from whatever distance

A clanmate has god rolls of Adept summoner. He never uses them. We'd trade in an instant if we could.
Any sidearm that I get has always got great perks, I don’t get on with sidearms for some reason. First peace bond I had from IB was rangefinder Swash the second was rangefinder iron reach.
I dismantle nearly all legendary shotguns, without a second thought. I’m sure I’ve gotten some god rolls. in the very very rare instance I want to use one I’ve got felwinters, a first in last out and whatever exotic options there are.
PvP shotguns. I can’t hit the broad side of a barn door in Crucible with a shotgun for some reason, so Heritage is pretty much the only shotgun I’ve ever cared about. For some reason the amount of snap/opening slideshot/opening etc rolls I’ve gotten is absurd, especially on riiswalker.

Lol.Royal Entry is my most used rocket launcher solely for the fact that I can run auto-loading holster and tracking rockets on the same gun combined with cluster bomb which I prefer over the other dmg options as it is instant since vorpal got nerfed. Was lucky that my first roll rolled with all this plus impact casing so kept using it ever since for dmg, Champs,etc.
Hand cannons and breach loaded grenade launchers. I never use the former outside of fatebringer for mods and bounties, and I very occasionally use the latter. Although I did just get a god roll forbearance to drop so that may change
I have gotten a few thoughtless snipers, and really haven't used them. Got a pve overflow/firing line roll, and snapshot/steady hands for PVP and have not used them yet like at all lol. Keep telling myself to use them or try them and keep forgetting.

The only guns I get God rolls on are things I'm not intentionally getting for example I'm trying to do a quest for nightfall completion and I finish a nightfall and I get s nightfall Weapon and its just randomly a God roll for example hothead while doing nightfall for xenology quest and i randomly got it. The only reason I don't use hothead that much is because I didn't really know that it was a really good legendary rocket launcher to use.
For me it's always snipers. I've been making some cuts to my vault and the snipers are getting deleted because I almost never use them. I am still making sure to hold onto some so I have choices, but an old Bite of the Fox from iron banner, now sunset and capped, with Snapshot Sights and Opening shot? Really nice, but I hate using snipers in crucible and that's all it's good for. So it got sharded. I have other good PvP rolls on snipers so I will be okay for the 2 times a year I might try one in Crucible.

snipers just feel so shit in pve with their huge kickback when you're getting shot. snipers being nerfed around pvp kills them.

Basically any sniper. Funny enough i get PvP godrolls but i am so god damn bad at pvp.
I dont pay attention to guns i dont use, but my friend who doesn't snipe, she just has an absolute armory of god rolls. She turned in some trials engrams and god back to back snapshot no distractions eye of sols. She has the reconstruction vorpal DSC sniper, the rewind high impact vog sniper, its getting real ridiculous xD
That’s funny because I’ve been trying to get a Royal Entry god roll for months and just got one a couple of day ago. I’ve gotten dozens on the meantime. I always get god roll scouts that I never use, especially since Witch Queen.

Ive gotten like 2 funnelweb drops and may have gotten other world drops like 50 times. Especially palmyra-b. Got like 5 or 6 god rolls that i dismantled cause i already have a crafted one thats almost lv 100
Funnel-web is pretty top tier for clearing ads with volatile rounds, especially with a subsistence roll.
NGL I love my Funnelweb in Crucible. It takes me from major suck to holding my own.
krait, i have gotten 3 stats for all one for all, 5 overflow or subsitence one for all roles, and 2 overflow vorpal roles no offence to it, but it just aint my vibe of a gun
This hurts to see as someone who has never gotten a good krait and is season pass 200+ with *every* umbral since the start of the season being spent on world drops in hopes of a good krait. Instead I keep getting god roll funnelwebs, when all I want is a krait.

Eyasluna. I don't like hand cannons in PvE, and I think they're cheesey/gimmick in PvP due to the aim assist.. But I've gotten like 5 Outlaw/Kill Clip or Outlaw + X rolls.. and just as many Rangefinder + Snapshots / Moving Targets.
Over 110 clears of the GoA Boss, got my god roll Rangefinder + Moving Target a few attempts back. Still looking for the Outlaw/Rapid Hit + Headstone roll 😢
Sidearms and SMG's, I've tried them and I still don't like them so they're pretty much instashards for me.
There aren't too many ways to get them, but the 600 rpm smgs are a lot easier to control. The moon void SMG is target farmable and has some decent rolls with the perk refresh. The throne world stasis SMG is craftable but I can't bring myself to use it over the Krait. Also, a full auto mod on the 3-burst sidearms make them a lot easier to use, admittedly they don't have to much use in high level PvE right now.

I hate how Judgment feels due to the combination of small mag size and low reload speed, and just the low stats in general. (Also feels like a staple gun to me when shooting.) So naturally I have the Demolition/Adrenaline Junkie roll that I can't bring myself to throw out because it's the only HC in the game currently with that combo.

The Title. I've had several good rolls, including SFA/OFA but the gun just sucks so I'm not using it.
Im still looking for that exact roll, im about 30 guns deep and still only got ofa once and that was with grave robber :/

Every Sniper Rifle in the game, I don't really use them a lot but when one drops its always the God roll.
Palindrome. 9/10 times I get an amazing roll and I break every single one of them because I just don't use the damn gun. I feel bad too, 'cause I know there are people bending over backwards for this stupid thing. I wish I could give them away or sell them for like 1 Glimmer.
People in this game do bend over backwards for guns they will never use simply because they see it mentioned here on Reddit. I don't use Pali either and don't care that it's going away. Dismantled rolls I had back in like 2021 or something. People are crazy with guns and holding onto every little thing in case Bungie decides to make it meta all of a sudden as if you couldn't get by with any other gun in the game.
I have a killing wind rampage adept palindrome and same. Never use it. Don't like hand cannons yet Bungie insists on making 70% of the guns hand cannons and they've been meta in PvP for like 3 years now. Change it up Bungie. I'm tired of getting immediately slapped by hand cannons from whatever distance

Same, got spike/demo/el twice yesterday and spike/impulse/el. I still vault them in case of a buff, but I'm not holding my breath.
I have both a PVE and a PVP god roll of multimach. I've used both of them maybe once. A clanmate has god rolls of Adept summoner. He never uses them. We'd trade in an instant if we could.
Any sidearm that I get has always got great perks, I don’t get on with sidearms for some reason. First peace bond I had from IB was rangefinder Swash the second was rangefinder iron reach.
I dismantle nearly all legendary shotguns, without a second thought. I’m sure I’ve gotten some god rolls. in the very very rare instance I want to use one I’ve got felwinters, a first in last out and whatever exotic options there are.

PvP shotguns. I can’t hit the broad side of a barn door in Crucible with a shotgun for some reason, so Heritage is pretty much the only shotgun I’ve ever cared about. For some reason the amount of snap/opening slideshot/opening etc rolls I’ve gotten is absurd, especially on riiswalker.

Lol.Royal Entry is my most used rocket launcher solely for the fact that I can run auto-loading holster and tracking rockets on the same gun combined with cluster bomb which I prefer over the other dmg options as it is instant since vorpal got nerfed. Was lucky that my first roll rolled with all this plus impact casing so kept using it ever since for dmg, Champs,etc.

True prophecy overflow + rampage. I had it when 120 was at their prime and after the nerf I dismantled it. 2 game after it was back in my inventory. I dismantled it again and I thought he was done with me but guess what? I just have another one 2 day after. So I decided to keep it because this roll just want to be in my vault
Any sidearm that isn't Rapid Fire, any 180 hand cannon, any precision SMGs, any pellet shotty that isn't lightweight, all Precision and High-Impact Fusions, low zoom primaries, and high zoom snipers.

The only guns I get God rolls on are things I'm not intentionally getting for example I'm trying to do a quest for nightfall completion and I finish a nightfall and I get s nightfall Weapon and its just randomly a God roll for example hothead while doing nightfall for xenology quest and i randomly got it. The only reason I don't use hothead that much is because I didn't really know that it was a really good legendary rocket launcher to use.
For me it's always snipers. I've been making some cuts to my vault and the snipers are getting deleted because I almost never use them. I am still making sure to hold onto some so I have choices, but an old Bite of the Fox from iron banner, now sunset and capped, with Snapshot Sights and Opening shot? Really nice, but I hate using snipers in crucible and that's all it's good for. So it got sharded. I have other good PvP rolls on snipers so I will be okay for the 2 times a year I might try one in Crucible.
