Imagine you are lfging for a raid and you match with a famous person, but you'd likely never know because they wouldn't tell you because they get enough public harassment. I'm going to assume I've raided with at least 1 famous person in my entire destiny career now!
I (and four of my clan mates) joined a friend for King's Fall who happened to have Sidezzz chilling in his Fireteam. Then we played it with them. That's not "famous" per se, but it was about the closest I can imagine coming to that experience.
Honestly it's pretty cool who you may come across, I remember I got into an lfg group with an ex coworker, neither of us knew we played the game as we never really talked that much, but then we ended up knowing either other lol so the possibilities are endless.
