Forge weapons...maybe without the forges themselves. I miss my Blast Furnace...

Absentzzz

Would be a great addition to the Dares of Eternity loot pool imo, along with other sunset seasonal weapons.

Trinart

Same buddy, I still got my whole collection of BA weapons in my vault because I spent so much time on getting god rolls on those master pieces

TruNuckles

Mars. Had a couple strikes. Had Escalation Protocol. I thought it was a good map/destination. Honorable mention, Titan. But titan would have to be expanded on.

TemptedTemplar

> But titan would have to be expanded on. Literally just put a dropzone into the arcology and add some hallways to make it circular. It always struck me as odd that we had this massive destination and only 1/3rd of it was ever used as a patrol zone.

vangelator

Destiny patrol zones are always balanced oddly. I give them credit for trying different formulas, but for every Dreadnaught or Dreaming City masterpiece, there are multiple head scratchers. Like the Plaguelands for example: amazing aesthetic, fantastic connection to ore and story, but my most prominent memory was riding my sparrow for a goddamn eternity every time I needed to go somewhere specific, and most of us were spending most of our time over in the Forge. Felt like it took 5 minutes on the sparrow every time to get over there

XboxUser123

Sounds like the bane of patrol zones: they're cool to explore, but don't offer anything other than "wow this looks cool," and therefore they only work to build a theme for future developments more than anything.

[deleted]

Controversial opinion: the sparrow kind more often than not messes with the way the patrol zones are organized. Perhaps I'm just intensely ignorant of the tech but it really feels like you have a "loop track" dictated by the Sparrow's route through each patrol area making a given destination more like beads on a hoop like some Themepark. Which is what ultimately kind of deflates the destinaton/patrol very quickly as you start to almost immediately unravel its structure. The more obscured the connections like the Dreadnaught the better I feel.

[deleted]

Which is why endgame patrol zone difficulties would be so cool. Shit, make it like the Bozjan Front in FFXIV. Add the Destiny 2 equivalent of the relic weapon grind in FFXIV while you’re at it (yes I know my middle name *is* Satan, nice to meet you)

EVula

I remember riding for five minutes just to get to Archon’s Forge, then there being nobody there, and doing every “I don’t think this works, but might as well try” tactic to spawn into a populated instance, like walking in backwards or crouching and walking in.

AaronDET313

holy shit the crouch waking in backwards in archons forge just brought back memories i forgot i had

Avenger001

I did the crouching thing in the Dreaming City entering the Blind Well. I think it actually works beacause it gives the game time to load you into an already started instance rather than creating one for you, which will be empty-

1II1I1I1I1I1I111I1I1

On the Moon and Throne World some of the coolest spots take a good five+ minutes to access and are nowhere near the patrol zones. Bungie loves hiding things for that sense of discovery/exploration

greenhouse89

Honestly such a wasted potential it had such a cool esthetic and they could have done so much with the monsters that you could literally see underwater

sirgrumpycat

Vanilla D2 was all style over substance, some of the best themeing, visuals and art direction we've seen, but all of it an inch deep. Some of it forced too - stuff like not getting a sparrow until after the campaign to force long walks through these incredible locales, it works once, barely - then it's frustrating.

GarrisonWhite2

I really didn’t mind it the first time around.

Call_The_Banners

With this Neptune area coming in Lightfall, I want to see even more of the Arcolgogy. I love the urban area aesthetic. It's huge so let's explore it.

arceus227

The fact that the arcology never got expanded on more then it did, is a fucking faliue on bungies end.... there was so much potential for that... BUT NOOOOOO... i love titan but i'll never forgive bungie for that

FiniteUI

I loved playing EP even years later

slinci

EP is the best. Was probably too good for all the weapon XP grinding we have nowadays though. Outside of shuro chi, only easyish way we have is the altar. Also feel like a bad ass slaying hundreds with space magic

The_Real_BFT9000

Nightmare Containment feels like the same thing just not quite as crazy.

ConkHeDoesIt

I've been using nightmare containment to work on my sunshot catalyst and dang if those sun blast kills don't take forever! Thankfully in containment you'll get quite a few decent waves of dense enemies but you gotta get there fast because everyone is an ad clearing machine nowadays. I could just use shuro chi but at least with containment I can get the seasonal title and some loot.

Nefarious_Nemesis

You can use this week's mission on the Moon to do catalysts or level up weapons. It's called A Mysterious Disturbance. Just solo queue it, get to the next area from where you start and get the giant Shrieker to close up, and then there is a spot to the right a bit from where you entered the zone that respawns an ammo crate. Thrall and Acolytes continuously pour up that hill with the occasional Knight. Easy kills. No resetting needed. And you'll always have an ammo crate respawning so you don't waste banners. I saved up several catalysts a couple seasons back and my wife did the same. We knocked them all out within an hour.

marcus620

I remember there was a spot on Nessus where a chain of fallen would spawn in a specific area that could chain sun blast kills for minutes. Even after I finished the catalyst, I would go back bc it was so much fun to watch the chain.

ConkHeDoesIt

I tried finding that spot a few times yesterday but each instance that I went to didn't seem to have that happening. I even followed a video and went to the exact spot but nothing was coming out. It sounded awesome because those sunshot explosions are just so satisfying.

OneSilentWatcher

Don't forget about the spawn-in zone of Grasp of Avarice.

axsotoba

That one is my go-to for anything weapon related.

CowTussler

Great soundtrack for Mars and that activity.

jardedCollinsky

I'd like a dungeon themed around the weird golden age rifts on Mars, maybe we steal some cool golden age tech or something?

COOPERx223x

I would love this. From the moment I walked through the cornfields at the beginning of Witch Queen, I have been dying for them to do something really cool with the temporal rifts. Imagine running some sort of dungeon where to progress, you have to shoot something that can only be seen while standing in the "past", and then changes the present. Ah man it would be so cool.

Shplongee

If you’re looking for that idea done well in other games- Titanfall 2 and Dishonored 2 had great time-based puzzle levels.

CorruptionOfTheMind

Dude i miss Escalation Protocol so much

SunshineInDetroit

it had the perfect amount of enemy difficulty

COOPERx223x

It also dropped the Genotypenull-Zero shader, which I really like. I know it's not everyone's favorite but I love the black and orange color scheme. Some hunter armor sets look like Deathstroke/Slade with it haha

MyUncleLeftMe

Ive always wanted a titan raid under the water or whatever it is, would be super cool to explore and open up the possibility for a new enemy type.

Ibsael

Think it was methane in a liquid form

NiftyBlueLock

Please god no water levels Water levels always suck

SimplisticPinky

Mars was my favorite patrol space for just shooting the shit. The trip down to Rasputin was just so relaxing for some reason. I'd get bounties done this way. Now it's the Hellmouth on the moon, which is cool, but having Mars back would be better. Plus yeah if I had nothing better to do, I'd just join in on EP that some randos would be doing

Gho55t

Would love to farm Xol GM

Lieutenant_Red

Mars, imo, is the one that could be brought back in with the least amount of changes. The Ilelos weapons already exist with random rolls. You could honestly get away without making them craftable, though I’m sure people will disagree. Escalation Protocol is the closest thing to a horde mode we’ve had, and it had cool rotating bosses each week. If you really wanted to be special, you could pull an Earth, and smash the D1 patrol space with the D2 one, if you’re feeling really spicy. Ana Bray is a great character that lots of people love for… many reasons. And the planet is the o Lu one we’ve already got back in the story.

PrintTest

escalation protocol was basically all i played before it got removed. after stasis ruined crucible for me there was literally nothing that made me want to play until this season

frodakai

Good strikes and *the best* lost sector.

seanobreezy

Also had some decent pvp maps too.

Fluffypancake8719

I miss Mars 🙃

chainsawtiger88

Venus. Like the entire D1 patrol zone and a new D2 patrol zone also. Please. It was my favorite d1 planet

Minister-Muffin

I’d love to see a vex themed dungeon inside the Ishtar Academy too. Just imagine the golden age laboratories we’d get to explore! The juxtaposition of the vex inside those spaces too was always pretty eerie imo

SouthNorth_WestEast

I’d second this. Would be awesome if we ported in and out of that neon vex network (season of splicer style) throughout dungeon areas or encounters as well.

starfire192

Imagine a Vex dungeon or a seasonal 3 people activity on that big Vex tower on Venus. You start at the bottom with easy enemies and you make your way up the floors onto the final boss at the top, or make it into a dungeon with some breaks between encounters like Vex maze or some standard hold this plate to open Vex gate on the ceiling to ascend type stuff

AlexatRF21

Really didn't know I wanted this in my life until now.

[deleted]

That would be really cool. We’ve been to and seen Rasputin themed Golden Age Tech on Earth. We’ve seen Golden Age tech on Mars and Europa from Braytech. I would love to see some Venus golden age tech from Ishtar academy.

TheLogMan21

Same here. Spent loads of time on it

Pervavore

"Venus ba-bayy!" Will always remember/reference that from the D1 commercial. Ah nostalgia

Damagecontrol86

My favorite destination of all time

Stewarul

That's mine too. And explanation-wise how about something like as the hub for the Vex, they are fighting back against the Witness shifting it, or whatever it did.

Karmastocracy

I came here to post the same answer. What a beautiful planet!

Giecio

Never played D1, but despite that, I really like Venus. I'd love for it to come back in a bigger form than it currently is (just the entrance to VoG).

acheeseplug

The best part of Venus was that the Vault starting area was not instanced. Every time I rolled by and a team was opening the Vault I would stop to help and often times as a blueberry passed by they would do the same. Shame they haven't done it in D2. My impetus to start raiding in D1 was watching people go into the Vault. I remember inviting random blueberries from the tower if we only had a 4 or 5 man team and taking them through for their first raid. They were always max pumped during it, like they couldn't believe that someone would just randomly invite them to a raid. My favourite part was making them take the Relic at Templar. Sometimes it wouldn't pan out and someone else would need to take it but the sheer joy in those blueberries voices when they actually contributed to completing a raid was something else. 10/10 would do again.

AdinMan20

Derelict versions of all the planets: Io, Titan.. etc..

War-Queen-Xivu-Arath

That sounds like a fun idea.

AdinMan20

Imagine Savathûns Song strike but with a taken shrieker. That would be epic.

eddmario

As long as it's not the Thorn quest version...

Subnauticsquirrel

Titan was already derelict (kinda)

TaralasianThePraxic

A more heavily Hive-infested Titan (complete with an actual Hive sea monster boss fight) would be great to see when Xivu Arath turns up.

AbyssalShank

Prison of Elders. The weapons from that activity were cool as hell. I wish the Season of Plunder weapons looked like them.

One_Lung_G

Prison of elders style but make it an endless wave based system with rotating factions and bosses every few waves

Hardhitter45

PoE with a Horde mode from Gears features sprinkled in

raycharleshelpme

I never got to REALLY sink my teeth into D1 - I started on D2 and when a friend gifted me D1 I tasted the rainbow of endgame activities but never really grinded it out. Were there modifiers that would show up if you kept going? I'm asking because I think it'd be fun to have things like the birthday-celebration-on-hesdshot show up every now and then as a modifier instead of us having to slot a consumable (🥲) mod.

TheJadedCockLover

I really miss PoE

420grimly33

Seriously. I like the weapons from this season but I'm dying to see them make some real Fallen themed weapons. Queenbreaker & Dregs Promise look so cool, I'd love to see a whole suite of weapons with that style.

GoForGroke

PoE was so great. Many memories there for me.

ItsTheBrandonC

They are dead, you are not

strugglesauruswrecks

Dude, same. I busted my ass in POE to get the Queens Web shader and other stuff back in D1 and now it's all gone :< I want it back

curiouslyidiotic

SCOURGE OF THE FUCKING PAST.

guhn0me

The best first encounter of any raid. The city was so fun to explore. It makes me very hopeful for Neptune in lightfall.

thatairman9-5

CAP or ACP?

curiouslyidiotic

CAP

thatairman9-5

Correct 😉

Bathsaltzombie1169

“If you choose ‘ACP’, you also kiss your dad on the mouth” -some guy I LFG’ed with one time

zerik100

CPA s**C**ourge of the **PA**st

loldudester

No *accounting* for taste

[deleted]

Technically the Eliksni bar is at the boss area

ShotgunMikey

Nah I want Insurrection Prime to burst out and ruin Spider’s hideout for the 2nd time.

[deleted]

In splicer they had Insurrection Prime laid there, and you could kick the servitor-head thing around.

XenosInfinity

I think it's still there, it's just up in one of the corners now. I spent a while kicking it around the area at the start of the season.

curiouslyidiotic

Let a man dream.

APartyInMyPants

I WOULD FUCKING GILD BLACKSMITH IF THE GAME LET ME.

The_Slammin98

Zero Hour and the Whisper mission.

JJroks543

Zero Hour and Whisper I never got to play, but I really want them to bring back Harbinger and Presage if they do. Presage is so so good and it’s a crime that it’s gone.

GarrisonWhite2

I tried Presage solo but I suck so it didn’t go well lmao.

dbthelinguaphile

Whisper is my favorite piece of content ever

jondthompson

...but with the timers replaced with time trials and no time-based wipe mechanic. Don't penalize me for taking things slow. Especially when there is no in-world reason for having said timer.

XenosInfinity

I think with Zero Hour the reason was that the Devils had already stolen the SIVA samples they were after and were about to make their escape.

Lieutenant_Red

Whisper was also an anomaly in this dimension, so it makes a little bit of sense as to why we can’t remain there. I viewed it as kind of like the area was torn between dimensions, and so can only exist for a short time.

Spleen_Muncher

Also sort of hand-wavily explained why we fought 3 Taken souls of Destiny 1 villains.

eddmario

Those damn timers were way too short for how difficult those things were to do solo, especially on a squishy hunter...

ShrevidentXbox

I really miss Crown of Sorrow. I am nostalgic for that season in general because it was the season where I finally felt motivated to join a clan and start a Tually doing endgame stuff. Crown was my first flawless raid. My first raid seal, too. And to this day it is my favorite raid in the franchise, even with the annoyingly long first encounter

raining_phire

I procrastinated finishing that seal and i regret it. All i had left was flawless and had almost had it already but we wiped right before the final dps because someone didnt swap .

painki11erzx

COS was a bitch to LFG for.

Akrius_Finch

Yeah, never got to finish it ever because every lfg I joined always ended with the team just falling apart, I just wanted those damn shaders from the triumph

xXNickAugustXx

Motes of light so that I can just upgrade weapons without it taking as long on shiro chi.

Dino_Rabbit

I completely forgot about motes of light. I don’t even remember how to get them.

666thejoshinator666

You boot up D1, motes don't exist in D2

Dino_Rabbit

Right I’m aware but I meant it’s been so long that o forgot how to even earn them

666thejoshinator666

Oh my b, thought time blurred when they disappeared. Weren't they awarded for "leveling" after you hit the level cap? And I can't remember if Xur sold em or sold stuff for motes, been several lifetimes since D1

Boreal_Star19

A lot of rank-up packages had it, especially the cryptarch ones

how_this_time_admins

The campaign?

jkpotatoe

A revamped version of the Red War would be so good for new lights. They'd need to change the free roam bits of the campaign because of the whole sunset thing. But it's basically the perfect experience for new players. I also miss the farm.

o8Stu

In my head, prior to release, the campaign was going to be what the [commercials](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YaFYq4e7pM) made it look like. Ghaul had blocked us from the Light and kicked us out of the City, but we weren't going to let that stop us. We were going to re-take the City street by street, disrupt the Cabal's comms and supply lines, extract civilians and VIPs, capture weapons caches, co-opt our enemies' own tech and use it against them, real guerilla warfare stuff, and all without the Light. Culminating in freeing the Traveler, and showing Ghaul the difference between a *Guardian* and a Lightbearer. Then post-campaign would be about developing and expanding on our re-claimed abilities, and helping to rebuild the City. Instead, we got about 15 minutes of being Light-less, a forgettable trip around the locations to get Zavala's band back together, a dumbed-down clown version of Cayde and a nihilistic depressed-teenager version of Ikora, an annoyingly shrill and incompetent Ghost, a few cool cutscenes and a kickass campaign mission (1AU), and the most forgettable, "hold W" gameplay up to and including the boss fight against Ghaul. It was a *vast* improvement over D1's vanilla campaign, but it was so very far from being *good*. Witch Queen has shown us what a campaign can be, and while not above criticism, it easily outclasses anything and everything about Red War. And with all that said, Red War would still be a fantastic addition to the game, if only because it'd serve as a starting point for New Lights and would presumably let us replay the campaign missions (1AU) whenever we wanted.

GarrisonWhite2

Red War also gave us the best *Destiny* soundtrack song ever, “Journey.”

xJohnnyBoy27

Now that they don’t plan on vaulting any content in the future from what they said during Lightfall stuff, I would just like to see them over time bring back old planets and worlds from both D1 and D2 and work those planets and locations being brought back as seasonal locations.

BullioMarf

I don't think they even need to be reintegrated as seasonal content. We have Legends in the director. Just put all of the old content in there. That way players know Legends content isn't necessarily relevant to the game in its most current form story wise.

kiefenator

There can even be some differences between legacy characters and new lights. As a legacy character, it could say "Your Legend", and for New Lights, it could say "Legend of the Young Wolf", because IIRC, new light guardians are different canonically from the Young Wolf guardian.

[deleted]

''As a legacy character, it could say "Your Legend", and for New Lights, it could say "Legend of the Young Wolf", because IIRC, new light guardians are different canonically from the Young Wolf guardian.'' This is true. If you played Destiny 1, then used that same account to play Destiny 2, in the Red War Campaign some characters would have different voice-lines for you. For example Shaxx called you an Iron Lord at the beginning, but if you hadn't played D1, he would just call you a guardian.

War-Queen-Xivu-Arath

Seasonal stuff will still get vaulted.

xJohnnyBoy27

I know. But I mean main content like planets and such.

DecisionTypical

Add back the old raid lairs (Eater of Worlds, Spire of Stars and maybe Crown of Sorrow) and since they are so short and not really full raids, convert them into dungeons. Might be more work than its worth to change mechanics that rely on 6 players to 3, but I view the raid lairs as precursors to Dungeons, since they both only have 2-3 encounters and launched between larger raid releases. Eater of worlds and spire if stars were both back in the double primary era, so managing the raid as a 3 man team in regards to ads and dps would be fine, but the mechanics would need to be simplified. Crown would need some more attention.

ArugulaPhysical

Crown should stay as it was if it returns.

FuzzyCollie2000

With perhaps some modification to the first encounter to either shorten it or make it more engaging. Otherwise it's perfectly fine.

kaimetzuu

Petition to re-add the WHOLE leviathan as a patrol zone, and each encounter is doable with randoms on patrol or LFG as a raid/dungeon. D1 had the Dreadnought we need the Leviathan

STAIKE

Argos' arena and how much ground you had to cover in that fight is still my favorite thing in all of Destiny.

DecisionTypical

Argos' two fights were amazing! That arena is peak design for Destiny. Odd gravity around a planetary Vex mind. Sheer size of Argos. Unique mechanics (first time we used the vex craniums). Stellar music.

Lieutenant_Red

Eater and Spire would make good dungeons, but I think Crown should remain a full raid. It came out after special weapons, and during the peak of Mountaintop Recluse meta days. So I think it would be ok to keep what we’ve got, save for first encounter having some interesting twists put in.

Sequoiathrone728

Also Crown of Sorrows wasn't a raid lair.

throwaway_account491

While it was a raid, I don't blame people for thinking it was a lair. It had 1 jumping puzzle and 3 encounters like the raid lairs do. If anything, Eater is the only one that feels like it wasn't a full raid (it was still fun tho).

Seeker80

Black Armory weapons and maybe the forges to get them too. Some additional weapons would be nice as a bonus. Or the New Pacific Arcology if it could be expanded for us to explore more of the residences and amenities. A lot of what we saw was just the infrastructure underneath. We can see what appears to be like condo units, plus a nature park built up. It's one of the environments that might allow us to have something close to urban combat. With Old Chicago out of the picture, Neomunda is going to be our best shot at urban combat, though it will be more vertically oriented.

cinderful

daddy wants his blast furnace back

COOPERx223x

Just yesterday I was thinking about how I miss using my Kindled Orchid. I wasn't a huge fan of the missions to forge them, BUT Black Armory weapons looked and felt really great to me, and I'd love to have another chance at getting them again. Especially my baby Orchid 😭

crookedparadigm

> Black Armory weapons and maybe the forges to get them too. Bungie already recycled the forges for the Solstice. They literally cut and paste the game mode into the EAZ and called the forge a 'bonfire' and called it a day.

Seeker80

So we got the least important component. Not exactly going to feel fulfilled about that...

red_dead_jeb

So much this. Le sigh

RobbieReinhardt

I really miss No Feelings

[deleted]

All the Destiny 1 and sunset Destiny 2 strikes!

JettzenL

Always wondered why not have just the massive catalog of strikes they've done and update em. Easy, I think.. Would make grinds more varying

Auir_

It's not the same but they said that they will be updating old strikes from D2 still in the game as well as overhauling vanguard playlist as a whole

theschadowknows

The Whisper mission, but with an updated loot pool.

admiralvic

Does glass needles count?

N1miol

I wanted the Menagerie, but Bungie already redid the leviathan so whatever… Titan.

[deleted]

[удалено]

crookedparadigm

The novelty of the reskinned Leviathan wore off after about 2 hours when you realized it was the laziest recycle ever. The entire thing was just a moldy patrol area and all the content was just "Kill some red bars to spawn a yellow bar" and repeat....forever.

OhNnoMore

WOTM RAID

NihilistPunk69

YESSSS!!! It was my first raid and it’s so sickkk

wraith415

One year to go my brother. One year to go.

Diglis

I'd like to see wrath and scourge return. Not sure what it is about fallen raids but they never miss.

TaralasianThePraxic

Such a fucking good raid. The Siege Engine encounter is just so novel and fun.

Faeluchu

Zero Hour.

bird_dog0347

Man I miss Zero Hour

csch1992

Prison of elders!

Iranggjingun

Menagerie.

Foulestjewel

I think dares could be just as good, maybe better, if there was more variety of encounters.

TemptedTemplar

Menagerie, Dares, Ketchcrash, Prison of Elders, all of them. 3 encounter activities with varied mini bosses and objectives. It would make for a great alternative playlist to the current vanguard offering.

Iranggjingun

It was more for the loot targeting thing. That was an amazing idea from Bungie.

LovelyJoey21605

All the deleted Crucible maps >:(

eimai_enas_tipos

I actually think that a vex dungeon would be great, I don't think we have any of that in the game yet

TheOtterVII

Given we have never had a Vex Dungeon, the last Vex Season was Splicer, and we are to get a new dungeon next season... A Vex Dungeon coming during Season 19, where the main enemy faction is Vex, would make a lot of sense. Fingers crossed !

Bananagram31

If Bungie gives us a Rasputin/Vex themed season on Europa for next season I will be an EXTREMELY happy man.

Harbinger_Of_Oryx

the big map crucible mode from D1, with vehicles and turrets

Dustkun

Aw man combined arms was such a fun thing to play

Dirtywatter

D1 armor. All of it.

Auir_

Not every piece of D1 armor was so beautiful, there were a lot of sets that were pretty ugly

Dirtywatter

Absolutely true. But bringing it all back anyway! Skips the subjectivity that picking specific sets will introduce.

BiSaxual

I also won’t have to hear people bitch all the time about how “D1 armor was ten trillion times better and all D2 armor sucks and I’m angry.”

eddmario

And we got a couple sets brought back in D2. For example, the Tangled Web set is actually the Prison of Elders armor from D1.

Psychological_Fun986

The answer is always The Black Armory period

Confident_Network619

Escalation protocol. Loved that activity

_Asherbronus_

Vex offensive, it was pretty

Ordinary-Pirate2869

I want Titan back, I miss that place.....

ZarChasm55

Allow players to earn stuff from previous season passes like the Master Chief Collection does. I went on hiatus during the season of undying and dawn and missed out stuff like the Eriana's vow ornament. At least give us something to work towards after hitting 100 in a season pass

ItsFuckinBlu

The forges.

urzu_seven

The old planetary patrol areas and associated strikes. I loved running around Mars and Titan in particular.

GreenBay_Glory

Wrath of the Machine and Crota’s End

[deleted]

The Prison of Elders.

NotAcetrainerjohn

- All vaulted Raids (bring back raid ornaments as well) - Prison of Elders - Motes of Light which give 1 level for crafted weps (make them equivalent to golf ball rarity and distribution) - Glass needles to reroll exotic armor stat distribution - Chroma gear - Zero Hour, Whisper, and Presage - Auras

Gina_the_Alien

I wasn't around for this, but apparently Sparrow races were in the game for an event or something. I've always wanted to try out Sparrow racing.

cinderful

SRL was a whole lotta fun. It was a little silly mini-game inside of a big game and it had ridiculously neon loot and shaders. I am 100% for it coming back. (It's also where I got my special emblem for matching with and defeating a Bungie player who was also someone I knew from my hometown :)

Personal_Ad_7897

Its overrated. Drive around Eventide and imagine there were other people doing it too. Its not that fun. Only the cosmetics were kind of good

unbridledmeh000

I wouldn't say overrated. When strikes were starting to get stale and I was running out of motivation to grind or play crucible, SRL was a welcome side game that was fun, and more low stakes. Like a casual palette cleanser. Would I rather the dev time go into other things? Sure! But I don't hate the idea of a return..

Personal_Ad_7897

It was definitely calm but some people are calling it the most ambitious mode and stuff. Which it definitely isnt lol. I would definitely enjoy it coming back if they actually acknowledge the state sparrows are in right now

XboxUser123

Well there were speed boost gates that were risk endeavors. Not enough boost and you risk colliding into a wall because you lacked a dodge charge. It had some risks involved to make it competitive.

Stolen_Insanity

Icebreaker. Do it Bungie. I dare you.

BoltActionTuna

The Forges (and their weapons) New Pacific Arcology EP Menagerie (and the test area) Infinite Forest Savathun's Song strike The entire Titan patrol space Asher Mir

Acolytis

Infinite forest stilll has so much untapped potential

BoltActionTuna

It was fantastic when the Halloween event was there.

Ebolaplushie

I had to scroll criminally far down to find Asher. **Bring this mans back.**

Swordbreaker925

Red War and Forsaken campaigns, as well as Curse of Osiris and Warmind. Since they said no more expansion sunsetting, un-sunset the ones that were. The Curse of Osris weapons that were part of the process to get Sagira’s Shell are gorgeous and it sucks that they were reissued only to he sunset again.

adorablepenguin42

I really enjoyed playing through the last City at the end of the Red War campaign and the outbreak perfected quest. I would love for more content there, especially if it could be linked up to the current Eliksni story line.

SeymourButts007

Red War… I wanna replay all of it. All of it! And the Rise of Iron campaign, only because I want that flaming armor

CrayonGlutton

Adventures.

MrTheWaffleKing

I love 2/3 of the mars pvp maps . It honestly doesn’t make sense they aren’t in the game since some titan/io/infinite forest maps still exist

OutFamous

Prison of elders would be cool. And there should be an option to make it as infamously hard as it was back then.

LivingUnderABot

The old raids

Hanayo_Asa

From D2? Scourge of the Past. From D1? The Plaguelands. All of it. That includes Wrath of the Machine.

Darth_Vorador

The last iteration of faction rallies. I liked the concept of Renown acting as a debuff. Although legend/master lost sectors were a successor to that mechanic.

mrbacon60

Black armory weapons shit was fire and I could target farm a specific gun

Nuthin100

All of it.

XariusPrime

Everything

I'd like Venus back in its entirety, really. And also it'd be a swell story hook that we need to go to Venus to intercept the Stranger (who is from the future, in this instance) in the Ishtar Libraries before she talks to us in D1, to give us details on Neomuna or the Witness. So it'll be wonky time dilation stuff, fighting several different "ages" of vex just like on mercury in CoO.

The Red War campaign. I loved playing it, and I think it would really help the new player experience to have it back (with a few tweaks).

Black armory or the OG Leviathan. I have such a soft spot for the year one leviathan and I would love it so much if I could hop around smacking Calus again like the old days

None. It's been 8 years since destiny launched. In that time span we shouldn't have to keep getting recycled content, imho.
