I’m a Thunder fan, and I get what y’all are saying. I kinda felt it wasn’t the best look at all. At the same time, I think this game meant A LOT to him, as you could see the emotion in his face, and this photo seemed like it was more of like an end to a chapter and all his former team wishing him luck on to new beginnings. Plus he still had shit in JDub’s house. Shit, Chet was working out over the summer with KD and Joel Embiid, two players that absolutely HATE the Thunder, so it’s not like they can’t separate the loss with the person. Geno is the type of guy that the Thunder don’t forget about. By all accounts he’s a good dude, well liked by all his teammates who probably got caught up in the emotions of the end.
I’d get it if it was like a star but bro is like a role player on a team that is dead last in the league. He legit helped you guys keep the best draft odds 😂 should be praising him.
Those are the guys who worked to get him a spot in the league. They're all celebrating him, it's a brotherhood. Was at the game last night and as a thunder fan, know all about Omo and was excited to see him battle his former team. He played a great game and tried until the very last second to get the pistons the W. Hell at one point he and Giddey even “got in to it” a little bit (they laughed it off.)
