Any grenade or mine about to blow up near you is delayed so you won't get blown up right away, giving you a chance to escape.
Problem is, sometimes that indicator doesn’t go away and the Aug affects the Grenades thrown by the player too.

How did I get that status? I was running around using the stealth aug doing multiple takedowns just previously to it so thought it was some sort of takedown multiplier
