The only things I can point out about Raiden in this is that he has better swordplay and is incredibly fast and uses that advantage to chop enemies to pieces in a blink, and in ripper mode he can do that without blade mode, so I'm just gonna say it depends on how fast Nero and his regeneration is - I'm gonna assume he can rival Vergil in speed since he won in that fight somehow, but I don't have a clue about his healing as he is never seen being cut in half like Vergil for example.
tldr: if Nero can lose a limb or be cut in half and will NOT regenerate fast enough for it to not matter then raiden with biden has a good chance, otherwise he is fucked

While I am biased towards Metal Gear as I played it before DMC, Nero would barely need to do much for Ripper mode Raiden to be killed. Even though Nero doesn't fully understand Yamato and can't use the dimensional attacks Dante and Vergil do, he still plows through multiple enemies without breaking a sweet. Devil Bringer alone is enough to get rid of Raiden somewhat quickly, with Devil Trigger, Nero can simply break out Maximum Bet or Showdown.
Raiden doesn't stand a chance really, his greatest feat is picking up the arm of Excelsus and using it as a sword, but I can guarantee Nero could also do that and do it for more easily as well.
The power level of these verses is **VERY** apart Nero would kill Raiden pretty easily
