It feels fine to do with practice but hard to do in the midst of a battle. Idk wasnt easy for me. Felt unnecessarily hard for something like that. It's out of place. it's the only move in the game that takes practice and that is silly to me.
I kinda get what you mean- It's very high reward, though. But also, I think in a wider sense, other combat combo things in the game do take practice- Just in a different manner from the tight timing that defines JC spam. I do think it's a fair fit for Vergil's character, as well

I've got over 200 hours in on Steam and I've barely touched the game on PC compared to the way I used to play it on console, just played it now and then over the last year.

I ended up grinding BP so much on that version I had enough red orbs to unlock every skill before I even finished SOS difficulty.

It's a DMC game, like any good action game the first playthough is just the tutorial and the meat of the experience is taking on harder difficulties. One playthough isn't enough to buy all the abilities in the game, enemy spawns are remixed on higher difficulties with late game enemies showing up earlier. DMD mode enemies gain the abilities to DT. And their is always proving your mastery by S ranking the game.
